There were 3 major problems (oil leak/power steering/transmission - we could not get a straight answer,keys didn't work, sensors needed replaced) with the car within the first 2 days of owning steering/transmission - we could not get a straight answer,keys didn't work, sensors needed replaced) with the car within the first 2 days of owning it. It has been a week and we still do not have the car. We have been without transportation due to this and while there was a request for a loaner car, the topic was skirted and ignored. Sales staff where not very knowledgeable about vehicle and options(he said: it had a 6 speed automatic transmission - it's a 4 speed,that there was a key pad on driver side 4 keyless entry- there was not,he gave us two extra keys stating that they where valet keys - they did not belong to the car we purchased). Multiple sales floor employees "guaranteed" customer calls and did not follow through. After signing the papers for the financing, we had a lot of placating conversations and after 3 days of no contact, personally went to the dealership. There was never any follow-through with a single sales person, even after our personal interaction and more empty guarantees with the sales manager. The service garage was friendly and helpful. We do not have much faith in our purchased vehicle or what may come with it. More

From that point on, he was very responsive, positive and helpful in helping me find, test drive, and introduced me to the sales man that helped with the friendly sale of the car. Even after the papers were signed..and keys were handed over to me, he was happy to "celebrate" with congratulating me on my new car - which I was ecstatic about! Thank you so much George! I am a dyed-in-the-wool Chevy man. My daughter was graduating from Gettysburg College and we needed another car in the family. Two Malibus were going to be shifted down to my wife and daughter and I graduating from Gettysburg College and we needed another car in the family. Two Malibus were going to be shifted down to my wife and daughter and I was to get the new auto which we wanted to get excellant gas mileage. I compared Aveo and Fiesta and found that the Fiesta offered much more at a lower price. My wife and I drove to the dealership in the rain one evening. Before we could get out of the car, Rocky Bodzer was greeting us and holding the dealership door open. After describing what we were looking for Rocky and George told us what was available at the dealership. The sedan and color we wanted were not in stock, but Rocky gave us descriptions of what was on order from the factory and two matched our requirements. We decieded to wait for a while and see if these orders came in. After several days as we were preparing for a trip to our daughters graduation out of town , I contacted George to see the status of the ordered cars, who suggesated we come in and look at what he had in stock as the ordered autos had not come in yet. As an incentive he offered to sell us one in stock that had most of our requirements at dealer invoice. My wife and I went to look. Both George and Rocky were friendly and answered all our questions. We took a test drive, were impressed with the Fiesta, and decieded to purchase the auto. George told us that he could wash, clean and detail it so we could take it with us. This was to be done while we did the paper work. It was a Friday afternoon and we yet had to drive to Gettysburg. We agreed and began the paper work. Both George and Rocky answered all our questions, provided us with drinks, and were extremely helpful in all aspects of the purchase. Rocky even wrote down service hours for us. We were able to finish/sign all the paper work and leave with the car before 6 PM. George has contacted me 6 days after the purchase and answered some questions I had concerning the satellite radio. He confirmed with me the appointment I had made to get the rustproofing, undercoating, interior, and mudflaps taken care of. I was impressed with the concern, knowledge, attentiveness to detail, timelyness of service, and professionalism shown to my wife and I during and after our automobile purcase by both George and Rocky. If this kind of service continues thoughout the lifetime of this Fiesta I may have to change from being a Chevy Man to being a Ford Guy. More
Quick and painless. The truck I wanted was at another dealership. Dave had it brought in the very next day so we could look at it. Got a great price on my Ranger with cash incentives. This is truly the first time I walked out of a dealership feeling like I got a great deal. NO REGRETS!! More
