I felt at ease at the dealership. George was friendly enough. My intial view on the price was misinformed as George gave me the car under invoice :)He was very helpful going over the sync system with m enough. Relocating to Pittsburgh from Italy, this is my first experience in car purchasing in US. George made it a good experience, considering also the difficulties he may have with my accent. I researched cars/dealers extensively on the internet and chose Kenny Ross because they had more Fiestas than others in the area. George Schmigel contacted me via voice mail. I was already on my way there, b chose Kenny Ross because they had more Fiestas than others in the area. George Schmigel contacted me via voice mail. I was already on my way there, but his voice reassured me. He just seemed like a nice man. When I got there he was out so I walked around and met another salesman. To be quite honest, I was feeling uncomfortable and dishearteded and my father and I were going to leave for C Harper. As soon as George came back and we started talking everything changed. He was genuine and no-nonsense. He didnt promise me the moon or stars but gave me a good deal and made me feel like the choice was mine. He looked for cars to my needs and wants that were in other places and on trucks still on the road. He was so good, in fact, he impressed my grumpy italian father, who likes no one and will probably sell my dad his next car. I loved not feeling so pressured or taken advantage of because I am a woman who knows little about the important things of buying a car. (hence the grumpy italian father) I didnt need my dad while I was there. I felt in control and respected throughout and will recommend George Schmigel to any and all of my friends/family looking for a car. You guys would be crazy to let him go, cause without him that day...I wouldve been buying a Fiesta from C Harper. Lastly, I love my Fiesta. Its perfect for me. I give Monica 3 out 0f 5 points simply because we did buy a car from her, instead of walking out. She is brusque and we felt rushed at all times, and she gave the impression that we should be very apologetic a car from her, instead of walking out. I got tired of hearing how late she was getting after a point, and she was confused about what we wanted on more than one occasion. To her credit, she offers service with a smile, even when she's complaining about it. Everyone else at Kenny Ross that we interacted with were efficient. The lady dealing with finance was very helpful, and we would definitely recommend Kenny Ross to friends. More

George was fantastic. He spoke to me and not my mom which was nice since i was the one buying the car. George did his best to find me the car i wanted and the color i wanted, and he found it. The only reason I rated "work" poor was that the service department [with my finishing package] applied sealant over upholstery spots that were on my new car. I have no idea who did this. The two individuals I worked with, starting with Rocky and then Chris, were great individuals who worked with me to help me with my choice and options in a Ford. There is a manager at this dealership, however, whose name is Dave, that was not involved in my negotiations until the last day and he almost lost me as a customer for Rocky and Chris. In order to convince me to take their price, he literally tried to rescind the representations of Rocky and Chris and told me those things should not have been "included." This was not appreciated at all. I feel Rocky and Chris helped me make an informed choice, and I do like my vehicle much more than I anticipated I would. More
