I was a walkup to this dealership I had my heart set on a Lincoln or BMW. Jarrett approached my husband and I right as we were headed into the dealership. Finally I thought I wanted the Ford Fusion until he showed me the 2013 Taurus and all of it's features. Everything I wanted is in my new car. He has also taken the time to ensure that I am able to use every feature of the vehicle. He was great! More

We stopped to inquire about purchasing a Ford Escape and actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am using to describe the higher street level we now need to enter and exit the car. The extra height was what we were seeking without climbing into the car. Rocky Bodzer suggested the Taurus as a consideration to meeting what we were looking for in a new car. He was Sooo right! We are very pleased with the car, it is everything and more than what we thought we could purchase. The actual sales process was smooth and explained in detail. Rocky answered all the questions we had, even the same questions that were asked two or three times. Every person we encountered at the dealership was pleasant, professional and courtesy. I do not remember Joanne's last name and did not see her listed above but she also did a very good job of processing the sales. Definitely left the dealership satisfied with the experience. More

We originally just stopped to look at the Escapes - we had been shopping online and were pretty certain that purchasing an Escape was in our near future. However after meeting Ryan I knew the sales person I wanted to make my purchase from- he is very helpful and knowledgeable. We also spoke with Chuck (his manager) - neither were pushy and my husband I did not feel pressured - however we decided to discuss the purchase now instead of being just a window/lot shopper. I sincerely felt that Ryan was doing all he could to give us the best deal possible. Thus we decided to proceed now with our purchase. Ryan was very knowledgeable and very professional. He spent the time to locate the car/color we desired and then went and picked it up. He was thoughtfully in contact with me as to the progress and status of obtaining our car and having it at the dealership - with a time line for purchase. I strongly feel that if I have any issue I can always go and discuss with anticipated resolution. We are very pleased with our purchase - we wanted to buy American and support the American auto industry. The Ford Escape is a beautiful car in many ways. And dealing with a fine, fine young man like Ryan was a nice experience - thank you for this positive experience. More

I can honestly say I wouldn't have bought a Ford if it weren't for Ryan. I had decided earlier that day that I was set on the Mazda, but figured I'd make a really quick run-through in Kenny Ross on my it weren't for Ryan. I had decided earlier that day that I was set on the Mazda, but figured I'd make a really quick run-through in Kenny Ross on my way there--just to do my due diligence. I had already been in another Ford dealership earlier that week, and the car I wanted was out of my price range. So I didn't have high hopes. As I walked in to Kenny Ross, Ryan was immediately friendly and looked me in the eye (which is a lot more than most dealerships did for me as a clear first-time car buyer) as he asked what I was looking for. I wanted a base model--which they didn't have--but Ryan found a way to get me the upgraded model at the price that I was looking for. He drove an hour away (in each direction) to get the car the same day, and couldn't have been more unbelievably helpful. It's the first car I've ever bought, and Ryan helped make the buying process seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable. I don't plan on getting a new car anytime soon, but when I do, I will 100% be hoping Ryan is still at Kenny Ross so that I can get it with him. More
