From the first time I walked onto the lot at Kenny Ross Ford South, salesman Rocky Bodzer wanted to help me with my questions about a 2012 F150. After talking to Rocky I realized that ordering a truck was Ford South, salesman Rocky Bodzer wanted to help me with my questions about a 2012 F150. After talking to Rocky I realized that ordering a truck was my best option because of the options that I wanted on the truck. I negotiated with Rocky and the help of Chris Poliziani the Sales Manager to get what I thought was a very fair deal for the new truck and the trade. After the new truck arrived I went to the dealership to take delivery of the 2012 F150 I had ordered. The whole process from negotiating a price, ordering and then financing was great. Chris made sure that I received all of the incentives and coupons that were available. Rocky called me at home a couple of days later just to make sure that I didn’t have any problems and also sent me a thank you letter in the mail. George was very friendly towards me, my wife and our daughter. He got us drinks and answered all our questions, helped us to get financing at the right price. George even had a new battery put in the floor model. We have since had the "environmental" protection packages installed and were impressed with the service provided. George has contacted us several times since the purchase asking if we needed anything. We had an issue with one of the keys for the used Fiesta and George took care of it for us.
