I found out that I got a pretty good deal through my employer which directed me to Kenny Ross South. I was greeted by Jarrett as soon as I arrived (and not in that gang up on you way that you expect when you go to a car dealer) and after being juggled a bit which was no one's fault but my own, Jarrett walked me through a few car choices. I was literally there for HOURS and held the place open long past closing time. Mostly being indecisive and making sure I made good choices. Everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience, including one of the salespeople giving a ride home and back to the dealership when a forgotten driver's license needed retrieved. I was a basket case, but Jarrett very calmly walked me through it, never once making me feel pressured or try to rush me. More

So here is my story - I recently moved to Pittsburgh, was trying to buy a car before Oct 2. ~2 weeks ago, I went to Kenny Ross Ford South to try Escape and Focus (struggling with SUV vs. Sedan). I didnt schedule any test drive, just dropped by since I heard Escape and Focus are nice cars. So I met Vickie. She gave me the test drive using her car and anothe demo car and told me lots of useful information about the cars. She is also very straightford, not trying to give me pressure to make some quick decisions. After the test drive, I discussed it with my wife. We finally decided to buy a 4WL Ford Escape with 2.0L, leather seats and Panoramic Roof (out of 3 SUV options: Escape, CRV and Forester). I got a quote for 2014 Escape Titanium, the price is over my budget, then I changed to 2013 since it has bigger rebate. However the rebate ends on Sep 30, Vickie helped me check if there are any changes to the rebate and sent me a mail at 7:30am. Luckily no change to rebate, the next day I worked with Vickie to secure the vehicle and yesterday I got my silver Escape. Both my wife and I love the car. Thanks Vickie! You are great! My time at Kenny Ross on Friday 9/27 and Saturday 9/28 was wonderful. Originally I was in for a service appt. wasting time around the sales dept just browsing. Sales appt was great Vicki took care of my concerns , made sure it was the truck I wanted . She took great care in making sure I knew all of the intricate details of the truck to operate it properly More
John Sobo was great! He was so helpful in finding the exact car I wanted. He and Joann, the finance person were so friendly, thought I was buying a car from someone I knew all my life. Answered all my questions, and John was able to get me a better interest rate then I first thought I could get. Was at first going to go with Capital One for financing my car. But John said, "Wait let me check on our end and see what we can do." He was right ,instead of 10% I got a loan with 6%. That was fantastic! I am so thankful for that. John is a great assest to your team, don't ever let him go. Kenny Ross Ford has a customer for life. Would not think of going anywhere else to purchase a car again. I have been telling everyone about my great experience here. Love my new car so much, can't say enough about the Ford Focus 2014. It is gorgeous. The ride is fabulous. Very, Very happy customer!!!! As soon as I emailed the dealership for a price, I was contacted immediately by email, then by phone. I called back and they sent me some prospective cars at which to look. I sked a test drive and got off the bus that evening and was treated like an old friend. Dave drove first and answered myriad questions, including a request to know the composition of the brake lines. I drove it, the Ford Focus, picked because of the excellent gas mileage and cargo space. I LOVED it! It handled smoothly and I could see where I was going, love the options...believe it or not, the heated seats were a definite plus. Gave me a grand tour, Dave then crafted the numbers to my satisfaction and promptly gave me a ride all the way home to Finleyville instead of letting me wait for the bus. Dave then spend time with my husband and explained everything all over again to him. On buy day, Tom picked me up at home rather than me taking the bus, and drove me to the dealership where the deal was finalized. Financing was a breeze and everyone was really friendly. Chris (old blue eyes) offered additional assistance whenever I needed it and so did Tom. What a great bunch with which to work! I also really appreciated being treated like the super-brain I am. Every person I came in contact with at the dealership made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me at all. When I went in, I told Dave Liebro what I wanted to spend and the approximate payment I wan made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me at all. I was a walkup to this dealership I had my heart set on a Lincoln or BMW. Jarrett approached my husband and I right as we were headed into the dealership. He had a lot of patience with us as I was not even interested in any of the vehicles. He took the time to explain each vehicle and the features and we probably went through about 10 cars/SUV's. Finally I thought I wanted the Ford Fusion until he showed me the 2013 Taurus and all of it's features. Everything I wanted is in my new car. He has also taken the time to ensure that I am able to use every feature of the vehicle. He was great! More

We stopped to inquire about purchasing a Ford Escape and actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am using to describe the higher street level we now need to enter and exit the car. The extra height was what we were seeking without climbing into the car. Rocky Bodzer suggested the Taurus as a consideration to meeting what we were looking for in a new car. He was Sooo right! We are very pleased with the car, it is everything and more than what we thought we could purchase. The actual sales process was smooth and explained in detail. Rocky answered all the questions we had, even the same questions that were asked two or three times. Every person we encountered at the dealership was pleasant, professional and courtesy. I do not remember Joanne's last name and did not see her listed above but she also did a very good job of processing the sales. Definitely left the dealership satisfied with the experience. More
