My experience was exceptional and I was really taken back for the outstanding quality of service that was provided at Kenny Ross ford South. John was my salesman and did an amazing job with finding the Ford Escape I was looking for. John also let me experience first hand the excellent salesmanship, professionalism and leadership he provides. John was able to find the exact model and options I chosen online for a 2014 Ford Escape and answered all my questions when reaching out to him via email. John even took the time to work with me on his days off, providing excellent feedback. I was really impressed with him dedicating himself to my emails and provided a level of customer service that everybody wishes they could have when buying a new car. Kenny Ross Ford South's location has been completely remodeled and was really impressed with the new layout. Their floor room was very sharp and the setup of the physical layout and offices is very professional. With the experience I was provided, I highly recommend this Kenny Ross ford East’s, John Sobocinski.
