Terrible just simply terrible Kenny Ross south is the worst place to ever go to get a car if you actually think about buying a car from there don't . I bought a vehicle from them back in September and I was given a guarantee that the vehicle is in perfect working order their service people did 130 point inspection and it was in great condition and that was complete xx cause not even having the car after a week the 4 x 4 went on it then three months later the alternator and starter went on it stranding me and my three-year-old daughter in the middle of 51 during rush hour and now I find myself three more months later with three different safety issues that should've been taken care of upon their inspection and was never told about . After finding this all out I decide to call Kenny Ross to talk to there GM then after not getting him on the phone I drove down and then waited two hours to speak with him to pretty much be told well thats too bad that the repairs were on me all 2298 dollars of it. So to pretty much sum it up I will be telling everybody I know and hopefully you'll tell everybody you know not to purchase a vehicle from this place I'm also contacting the news and every other site that has a review on it to tell people about it and I would gladly like to speak to whoever is above that GM that I talked to. Figuring it was too late, I went out to look at the car on my own, and to my surprise Vickie Gatsiopoulis came out to talk about the car. Vickie had a very low pressure, no hassle approach. She offered to come back in a few days for a test drive. After a test drive, I was sold. From there, Vickie made everything very easy for me. This was my first time buying a new vehicle, so her assistance was very helpful. I'm giving 5 stars to all of the categories since I do not have anything negative to say about the dealership, and everything involving the purchase turned out great. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Kenny Ross Ford South and Vickie Gatsiopoulis. I would recommend going there to anyone interested in purchasing a new/used vehicle. More
