Couldn't have been better! My wife and I were not originally in the market for a Ford, in fact we visited Kenny Ross to test drive a particular used car and were greeted by Robb My wife and I were not originally in the market for a Ford, in fact we visited Kenny Ross to test drive a particular used car and were greeted by Robbie, who was very friendly and informative, as well as the used car manager Bill. My wife decided that she didn't like the used car a lot, but Robbie suggested we try a Fusion. There was no pressure whatsoever, but he truly thought we would like it based upon what we were looking for. We did like it and left with some thinking to do. The exact car we wanted was not on the lot, however the new car Sales Manager, Chuck Yeager (another very friendly and professional person), worked hard to locate exactly what we wanted and put together a very good deal for us. We were extremely pleased with the entire process concluding with our dealings with Joanne Reilly, the Business Manager. Each employee passing us in the hallways was beyond pleasant. It needs to be noted that I personally know several owners of Ford dealers, however purchased my car at Kenny Ross having no previous relationship here. I think that speaks highly of the organization. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks! More

Steve Gregio is the main reason why we chose Kenny Ross. He was extremely pleasant to work with and we felt as if he was always looking out for us. We let him know what we wanted out of our purchase and he met everything. Even after our purchase I had a concern with a part I had thought was missing. I came in and Steve assured me and showed me on multiple new vehicles that nothing was missing, but he could tell I wasn't comfortable with it and assured me he would take care of it. I recent had my oil changed and upon my arrival Steve met me with a smile and was holding a box that had the part I was looking for. He even went as far as to install it for me.
