New Lease We are very happy with our new Escape and all of the help that Jarrod offered to get us going in our new car as we get ready for our family to expand! Was a little disappointed after signing for the car to learn that the cross bars for the roof rack were not included. The only specification made about a new car was hat a roof rack was essential. The roof rack we got was non functioning and now we must purchase the cross bars separately. Also, I was promised a check since my husband leased a car after me and I was the referring ford purchaser which did not happen. More

Easy going, and good service I had been looking to get out of my horridly depreciating BMW, and found the only dealer with the car I was looking for was Kenny Ross Ford South. I I had been looking to get out of my horridly depreciating BMW, and found the only dealer with the car I was looking for was Kenny Ross Ford South. I had called in and had been connected with Jarrod M. He was wonderful to deal with, easy going on the phone, and answered all my questions (including talking to managers about sales/deals/ect) and responded promptly. When I finally made it into the dealership, he already had the car waiting which was great to see. Easy going atmosphere with a laidback feel, that never really seemed pressuring. Trade in value on my car was pretty low at best (but was nearly on-par with their competition that provided me with horrible service), but this dealership even includes lifetime warranty on the drivetrain/engine, so it sort of makes up for it. Final terms of sales in finance department was met with "pressure sales" .... which is expected everywhere these days, but they listened when we said no, without going over the top, which again, is a great thing. I would recommend seeing Jarrod to any potential buyers, and checking out this dealership that had some of the best and diverse inventory in my area. More
