Robbie Latulola ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over the last several months I had been researching trucks and knew more than likely it would be a Ford but wasn't sure which one. So after a routine service visit with my Ford Fusion, I decided to take a look at the Ford Explorer and I was very pleased with what I saw. A young man had noticed my interest and approached me, introducing himself and asked could he help me. I explained what I was looking for and was still undecided but the Ford Explorer had caught my eye. Well from there This young man, Rob Latulola took the lead by offering to help me by answering all of my questions and providing me with more insight about the truck that I wasn't aware of. Rob was extremely professional and very personable. He listened to everything I had to say and display a true interest. He provided me with a great tutorial of the truck. I really appreciated that because new vehicles can be so intimidating with all their features. The whole process in purchasing the truck was a breeze and pleasurable. He handled everything with such finesse. I was so impressed with how this young man handled everything. He even took it upon himself to get my new truck home without me having to come back and pick it up. He recruited another young man and they followed me home with my new truck. That to me was not only very impressive but very kind of him. I can honestly say this was the very first positive experience I have had with a sales rep at a dealership. Rob is definitely an asset to the dealership. I will refer everybody I know interested in buying a vehicle to this young man. Great experience for first time buyer I recently decided to look into buying or leasing a car as my current car was 15 years old. I had never shopped for a car before and my first experience at another dealership in the area was truly terrible. It made the service at Kenny Ross South that much better. As soon as I parked there was someone ready to help me and the salesman who ultimately helped me was extremely helpful and willing to go over everything with me to help me make a decision. As someone on their own and buying a car for the first time I was made to feel comfortable and like I was in possession of all of the facts before I made my final decision to lease a car from them.
