On 12/29/22 We traded in our 2012 Subaru Outback for a new Outback limited XT. We had talked to the sales person, Dave Jennings in advance, & felt he was very accommodating in helping us decide on a mod new Outback limited XT. We found the process of buying at Kendall to be so much easier than purchasing in the past. The friendliness and absence of pressure was a relief & very refreshing. Following the purchase, Dave was very patient and thorough in educating us how to use the very complex electronics of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Kendall, Dave Jennings. Tal, the sales manager, and anyone else we came in contact with left us with a positive impression. More
I bought a 2023 Subaru Outback yesterday 12/18/2022 at this dealership and I have a great time doing transaction with their car sales agent Geoffrey McGaughey. He's so helpful and easy to deal with. Since Kendall bought I’ve been 3 times for service. They wouldn’t make appointment so I went and sat in line for hours.second time was better but last time they said I should have called because now we They wouldn’t make appointment so I went and sat in line for hours.second time was better but last time they said I should have called because now were “appointment preferred,” made an appointment and drove back, and was told an hour forty five minutes for an oil change. They did not wash or vacuum car and the charge was pretty high. I didn’t have my phone and technician insisted they called my name repeatedly - I went for a walk but was back 45 minutes sooner than given time, and was told my car wasn’t ready. Waited another hour and a half before technician insisted she called me repeatedly. I think she called my phone to sell me additional items. I won’t go back again More
We came here on October 12 2022 to get a new battery since there's a class action happening right now and our battery often dies, being severely deprecated (we have an outback 2017). Turns out that they not only were super short staffed, but also it took way longer than expected for them to check our battery, and it ended with them saying our battery was "fine" and no replacement was needed, totally ignoring the class action. And it gets worse - they charged us $200 bucks for hours of nothing but stress. A waste of time, patience and money. More
In for warranty work, scratched my front bumper , porter that cleaned my car left mud on side sills interior. Ever since they switched from Roy Robinson the service has been absolutely terrible the last 3 times I have gone in for an oil change they don't do everything they say is included with the service like va has been absolutely terrible the last 3 times I have gone in for an oil change they don't do everything they say is included with the service like vacuum and wash. 4th time in today and made sure to mention I wanted my car washed and vacuumed, did a terrible job in the front and didn't even touch the back. Needless to say will never be returning tried to give them a chance but after 4 bad experiences in a row will not be giving them my money any longer not worth it for what they charge. More

From the get go, my initial contact with Michael Kempter at Kendall gave me the most confident that I was dealing with a guy who was a straight shooter. Through the entire process of getting a quote, negotiating on the trade, placing a factory order, pick up and follow up, Mike proved to be a knowledgeable quality guy! The finance office was also low pressure and processed the paperwork quickly. I have no hesitation recommending Kendall Subaru and Mike to potential Subie buyers More

My first time at this dealership. Came in for key fob battery replacement and new wipers. I was happy to have great service in parts from Ken & Rudy in service put on the wipers!!
