Service Dept has seriously deteriorated since Kendall took over. I’ve been using Express Lube since 2018 when I purchased my Outback. Jiffy Lube or Walmart have better service and less wait times on my o took over. I’ve been using Express Lube since 2018 when I purchased my Outback.
