I purchased my 2010 Ford F 150 as a pre-owned vehicle from Ken Wilson 6 years ago. Since that time I have used their service department for all service related issues through the service department. At first, all service handled was done in the service department. At one oil change I waited for over 3 hours for an oil change at which point I went elsewhere. Since they opened the Quick serve bays I could not be happier with the attention, personal service and professionalism of the team there. I just completed a 100,000 mile service on my vehicle and remained pleased with the service and will continue to return for future services. If I may make one recommendation...please replace the chairs in the waiting area of the Quick Serve. The chairs were worn and so uncomfortable that any wait time in them was painful. Other than that...great job guys! More
We returned to Ken Wilson Ford this month to buy another Ford truck as we had such a good experience in 2015 when we purchased our last 2015. Susan Dinney, the salesperson, was excellent. She's been there for many years, knows her stuff put is no pressure and great to work with. The reason we came back because of Susan. Our entire experience was great with one exception. We're in the middle of a huge spike in cases during this pandemic. The finance guy was in a small, enclosed office, not wearing a mask and only put it on when we asked (which he did without complaint) although it kept coming off his nose. I did not feel safe. We stood in his doorway as much as possible and did not ask all the questions we would have liked. Otherwise, Ken Wilson Ford has been great. More
I’ve looked at truck all over everywhere and came back to Ken Wilson. Because of there’re attitudes. I have a ford dealer here where I live but I can’t deal with them. Mr Eddie McGill my salesman was aweso Ken Wilson. Because of there’re attitudes. I have a ford dealer here where I live but I can’t deal with them. I would normal give Ken Wilson 5 stars until I took my 2003 Explorer in to have the defroster and fan fixed. After paying them over $1700 you would think it would work great but no, I took it back again a 2003 Explorer in to have the defroster and fan fixed. After paying them over $1700 you would think it would work great but no, I took it back again and was told because it was a older model it takes a lot longer for the defroster to clear the window which the only way I could get the window cleared was with scrapping it. So I took it to Clay's Automotive in Leicester and guess what when they checked it out they found 3 mouse carcasses and a nest in the fan and I was told at Ken Wilson's they checked the fan. I think they just put a part in that the SUV didn't even need because there was no difference in the way it ran then before I took it in to have it fixed. But after Clay's Automotive got through with it the fan is quite and cleans my window in no time. So without you have money to throw away don't go to Ken Wilson's. I have bought 3 vehicles from Ken Wilson's in the last 20 years and I'm fixing to buy another Ford but it won't be from Ken Wilson's. Anita More
I was charged for the premium warranty and none of the work was ever done to my truck, no record of any service being done.. A joke. Ken is full of so much BULL.. he won’t even call customers back to resolve issues at his rip off Car lot.. I’m sure with the $130,000 he got from me for crap trucks he won’t fix, I’m sure it was to customers back to resolve issues at his rip off Car lot.. Had an issue with my 2017 Ford F-150 and the Service dept, Alan helped address the issue and was able to escalate the warranty claim with Ford. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Ken Wilson and my dad and brother have bought multiple cars and trucks. This is my dealer for life. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
