Worst Experience Ever ! I have purchased Fords for over 20+ years. My grandfather retired from Ford so I have always been a loyal Ford customer. My recent visit at Ken Wilson I have purchased Fords for over 20+ years. My grandfather retired from Ford so I have always been a loyal Ford customer. My recent visit at Ken Wilson Ford was a complete disaster. I called and made an appointment with the Service department to have my electric seat repaired. My husband took the Explorer in and was told it would be approx. 2 hours. He was there most of the day only to find out they couldn't fix it and needed to order parts to replace the entire switch out. He was told once the part comes in we will call you. After waiting 2 weeks no call we called them and was told oh yea we have the parts. I then made another appointment and made arrangement's to get to and from work. We dropped the car off letting them have it for the entire day again we were told 2 hours max this time. That evening at 5:30 I go to pick up the vehicle and was told sorry we didn't get to it today not sure what happened but its not been touched. Keep in mind this is after Caleub Rice was talking with a lady in the office for 10 + minutes as I waited then someone else who worked there went back a 2nd time to tell him I was waiting on him. Then after he finally came over there he couldn't find the paperwork and then went to the bay area and took an additional 4 minutes to read a text and continuing texting. So not only was my car not fixed Caleub displayed horrible customer service. I typically purchase my Fords from another dealership but this time I purchased a used car and Ken Wilson happened to have it - I have never been so disgusted before. In the end my car was fixed the following day at 2pm so yet another day without my vehicle and family driving me around. More
Tim Sluder, great to work with Tim Sluder did everything he could, including letting me take vehicles home overnight to try out due to my physical condition. Even though I could no Tim Sluder did everything he could, including letting me take vehicles home overnight to try out due to my physical condition. Even though I could not find something to work, he went above and beyond to help me, checking every used vehicle on the lot. I would definitely refer anyone looking to go to Ken Wilson Ford and ask for Tim. More

I will walk before I buy a new or used car from this dealer! I was lied to about the car over and over and was screwed! In less than 45 days the car was in the service department for twice - and the fir dealer! I was lied to about the car over and over and was screwed! In less than 45 days the car was in the service department for twice - and the first time it was there over a week. It's a Ford Certified vehicle but was sold to me with the ABS messing up - which I don't think Ford would approve of! While on the test drive I questioned the play in the break - I was told it was because the vehicle was is a hybrid! I was stupid and took the man at word walue which has caused me and my family more hassle than anyone could imagine. In fact, it could have caused my family to be in an accident and be killed! If we had known the vehicle had 1 single defect, we would not have gotten it for any reason whatsoever! Now we're in debt for something that keeps having one thing after another go wrong. It's crazy. After asking locals about this dealer, I found out (a little too late) that they've been screwing people for many years! NEVER buy a vehicle from there! Look around and save yourself from the lies and the hassle. As far as my situation - it's about lawyer time. More
