Ken Wilson sold this dealership to Crossroads last year. The service had declined substantially. Despite having been customers of Ken Wilson for two decades, we are now looking for other options. The individuals we deal are still good but totally overworked. Calls to service go to music on hold forever or to voice mail, which is no longer promptly returned. Promised dates for finishing work are usually missed. Crossland appears to be unwilling to provide the staffing to meet the demands. We requested a call to discuss our perceptions with the general manager. He never called. On the sales side, we had been in discussion with our contact of many years about a new plug-in hybrid when available. That person retired and there was no follow-up. We fear the new owner, Crossroads, in milking the business. More
