During the minor service, Kip called to inform me that my tires were out of alignment and to get the 'ok' for the alignment service which I approved. In addition, Preston realized that no brake work had been done in a considerable amount of time. He had the brakes checked and determined that they would need to be replaced in the not too distant future. This is the kind of "Attention to Detail" that I appreciate. ZERO surprises and NO smoke and mirrors. Paperwork process was the smoothest I have had over the decades of vehicle purchases.
