This was the worst experience I ever had when buying a car. Promises were made that were not kept, cash back from a trade in took forever to get (I was told 3 days and it took 4 weeks - after several cal car. The cash back was short over $100.00 - I'm not even wasting my time to hear about the excuse for that one. I wasn't about to give them the title to my trade in until the check was ready, and then they wanted me to back date the transfer. I love my new Escape, but would encourage all of you to shop a different Ford dealer - do not deal with this place! More
