WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! I have owned over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and have never experienced such terrible customer service before in my life. I went there with a number in my head of what I could afford and the sales "manager" tries selling me something far more expensive than my budget could accommodate. I told him I needed to talk it over with my wife and he informed me that in 12 years of marriage he has never discussed a car buying decision with HIS wife. I told him I really didn't care about his personal life. Do yourself a favor and visit Victor Resendiz at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos if you're looking to buy a Ford/Lincoln product. It's well worth the drive as the customer service is stellar, there's no haggling, and they are willing to negotiate with you unlike these crooks. Stay away from this place, buyer beware!! More

This was the worst experience I ever had when buying a car. Promises were made that were not kept, cash back from a trade in took forever to get (I was told 3 days and it took 4 weeks - after several cal car. The cash back was short over $100.00 - I'm not even wasting my time to hear about the excuse for that one. I wasn't about to give them the title to my trade in until the check was ready, and then they wanted me to back date the transfer. I love my new Escape, but would encourage all of you to shop a different Ford dealer - do not deal with this place! More
