Hello, thank you for your reply. What I don't get is that I left my contact information with your operator on Tuesday August 20th before even writing this review, and I still have never received a call back. For an URGENT issue with my vehicle. The operator even said "we'll take care of this for you, it's important." Yet no one else has treated it as an important situation. I had time to schedule an appointment at a different dealership, wait for the appointment, take the car in, and get a loaner vehicle all before I have ever heard back from your dealership. Based on my screen name and my scenario, I am pretty sure you could have found my contact information in your system, but it doesn't seem that anyone really wants to attempt to contact me. At this point, don't bother - the car is already in service elsewhere and there's nothing for your dealership to do. I wrote my review to hopefully help your team provide better service to future customers and prevent others from having the same disheartening experience that I did - I am afraid your location has lost my business, as I cannot trust that the service department knows what they're doing or will be telling me the whole story about my vehicle, considering they did not disclose the information about the 2nd step of the service in looking at the cylinder head.
