Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! We went to Freedom Toyota, just wanting to test drive a Highlander. We were upfront and explained we weren’t ready to buy and had other brands of cars We went to Freedom Toyota, just wanting to test drive a Highlander. We were upfront and explained we weren’t ready to buy and had other brands of cars we wanted to test drive. Our sales woman, Milady, was understanding and not pushy at all. She explained the different trim packages and helped us determine which one was right for us. When we took the test drive, she explained every feature of the car. She was so thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She ran numbers for us, to give us an idea about a possible payment. We shared that we would be headed to other dealerships, and again she did not push. She gave us her card, and said she hoped we would return. After test driving cars at other dealerships, we were drawn back to the Highlander at Freedom. We were welcomed back like we were family. We were given a very generous offer on our trade in, and the financing portion was painless. We were offered a better deal than we were originally quoted. They also were very quick. We even had someone help us move and reinstall our car seat. Thank you, Freedom Toyota for an AMAZING car buying experience!! We highly recommend Freedom Toyota and will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle!! More

AXLE SEALS AND FRAME REPLACEMENT I BROUGHT MY TOYOTA IN FOR REAR AXLE SEALS. WAS CHARGED AROUND 800 DOLLARS TO HAVE BOTH REPLACED. THIS PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH NO MATTER WHO I TALKED I BROUGHT MY TOYOTA IN FOR REAR AXLE SEALS. WAS CHARGED AROUND 800 DOLLARS TO HAVE BOTH REPLACED. THIS PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH NO MATTER WHO I TALKED TO INCLUDING OTHER TOYOTA DEALERS. THEY FOUND THE FRAME BAD. NO PROBLEM. ANOTHER FRAME WAS ORDERED AND REPLACEMENT SCHEDULED. PICKED UP TRUCK AFTER FRAME REPLACEMENT. WENT 1/2 MILE FOR GAS AND NOTICED OIL ALL OVER INSIDE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE. TOOK TRUCK BACK TO TOYOTA. THEY TOOK TRUCK IN AND BROUGHT IT OUT. SAID THEY CLEANED IT UP. APPROX 36 HOURS LATER I RETURNED TO TOYOTA WITH OIL INSIDE SAME WHEEL. TURNED OUT TO BE BRAKE FLUID. THEY REPLACED CALIBER. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE IN MY OPINION WAS TERRIBLE BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE EVERYTHING WAS MY FAULT. THEY DID THE WORK. THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS WHY I DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO FREEDOM TOYOTA FOR SERVICE UNLESS I REALLY HAVE TO. MAINLY WHEN NOONE ELSE WILL DO THE WORK. THANK YOU TO ERIN WHO SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
