The Kelly team did a great job answering our questions on the cars and allowing us to take as many test drives as we wanted. They knew the trim level details very well so we knew what we were looking at or the cars and allowing us to take as many test drives as we wanted. Mike the sales manager top notch and Josh the finance dude. Truly happy with this purchase. Wasn’t expecting that from a huge dealership. I highly recommend them. Even went back for some accessories (cargo liner and tonneau cover) and the service guy offered to carry my stuff out. Even just to offer….I appreciated it. Sale was already done. Stay away from this dealership because you will be overcharged and lied to. Brought my car here to get an engine fixed and they charged $700 for diagnostic and 1 hour of labor. James and Pete were inc overcharged and lied to. Brought my car here to get an engine fixed and they charged $700 for diagnostic and 1 hour of labor. James and Pete were incredibly incompetent and untrustworthy. They recommended fixes that did not solve the problem of my car and charged me $1,100 for nothing. In addition, they tried to upsale and upcharge their services. For example, they quoted me $5,000 to replace the engine. I called another mechanical body shop and they said they can get the job done for $3,500. STAY AWAY from this dealership and their employees. Incredibly dishonest and incompetent. It should be illegal what they’re doing because they’re scamming people. Honestly, should take them to court for the lies and scam. More
