Once they have your car, they perform whatever service generally on time and done right. My only complaint is that the last two times I called the service department, nobody answered and no voice mail. Fr generally on time and done right. But I do expect a premium brand to at least pick up the phone, even if it’s just to take my info and have someone call me back later. That said, their on line service scheduler does work. More

The finance person, Roman, was also a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward and fast. Very respectful of my time. Picking up the car went very smoothly.
