The service was okay but the sales/lease people are not able to give a direct response to any inquiries, stating that they have to report to Kelly, himself, and can not give a firm quote. My first impression of Kelly Infiniti was of a very classy dealership because everyone was neatly dressed and very professional in dealing with me. My salesmen, Mike Fecteau, was a great help.
