Our salesman said that the dealership believed every car should have floor mats, so he provided them for free, since for some reason they were not included in our car. More

The other day I had to use Hyundai's Roadside Assistance program. A helpful, cheerful Rescue Ranger was there to assist me in 20 minutes to change a flat tire. Upon closer inspection however, it became apparent that a piece of metal had not only penetrated the tire tread, but had actually penetrated the aluminum wheel rim, When I contacted Freedom, they were extremely concerned that I not ride on the temporary spare for very long or at an appreciable highway speed. When my Sales Advisor called me back, he told me that the dealership owner, Eric Savage insisted that the service department swap a full size wheel and tire off his Genesis demonstrator to place on my new Genesis for both my convenience and safety while the new rim was ordered. I have never experienced this type of empathy and concern in the past and I have been driving 40 years! I would gladly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a great deal and unsurpassed service. While I am at it, let me brag a little about my 4.6 2011 Genesis. As far as fit and finish and overall quality, it is easily the finest automobile that I have ever owned and I have owned both BMW and Audi brands. My experience with Hyundai is that they deliver what they promise and then some. On a recent trip to NJ, I averaged 27.5 MPG with nearly 400 HP of V-8 performance,the sticker says 25 MPG. Let me add that my car insurance bill also went down about $120 a year because of the safety engineering that has impressed the auto insurance industry. This wasn't hyped, but it is a fact! If you don't need a BMW or Audi emblem on your car to feel good, but value quality,value and performance, you cannot go wrong with a Genesis 4.6. It is easily in the 535 or A-6 class at about $15,000-$20,000 less! Plus they understand the importnce of taking care of the customer! More
After speaking with Jennifer on Friday, I stopped in for a test drive on saturday morning. These idiots refused to allow me to look at the vehicle or test drive without a prior price negotiation. I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra GLS from Freedom Auto Group in Hamburg. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted with a smile and treated like gold. It was an experience like none I have ever had before. I have purchased 2 other Hyundai's in my life, both from the same dealer. My last one was totalled (the reason for my visit), and at first I didn't know what I was going to do. Even though I was satisfied with my previous Hyundai's and the the other dealer, the experience at Freedom Auto was on a completely new level of customer service and friendliness. I felt like family. Everyone was unbelievable pleasant and determined to find exactly what I wanted...and more importantly, they helped me find a way to get it. Eric, Joe, Donnie and Brent (and I'm sure more people that I didn't even meet) all went above and beyond to turn my once terrible car accident and loss of a beloved vehicle into a surprisingly delightful experience! I can't stop talking about my new Elantra and the exceptional people and service at Freedom Auto. I didn't just buy a car. I had an experience and met people in a company that truly care about their customers as individuals, not just as dollars. I am excited to learn and participate in all of the things that Freedom Auto is involved in because it's not just a dealership, it's a whole new approach to customer loyalty and service. No matter if I was talking to customer service, finance manager, salesperson or walking past any other worker; everyone was happy, polite and respectful. I couldn't ask for more. It was fun to be there. Unfortunately, I had visited 2 other dealerships which were very far away and had so-so service, awful pricing,stupid gimmicks & an uncomfortable environment in that there wasn't privacy with your salesperson discussing the money figures. I am so grateful Freedom Hyundai had no gimmicks, presented the Kelley blue book paper and actually listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. I never had people respond so well and work so hard for me in almost anything I've ever bought! Plus, I never once felt like I was being pushed or coerced into purchasing something I didn't want.
