On May 17, 2024, I filed a complaint with Hyundai Consumer Affairs. It escalated to a case manager. A 2020 Tucson that my father purchased in March of 2023, has been in the repair shop for 12 weeks n Consumer Affairs. It escalated to a case manager. A 2020 Tucson that my father purchased in March of 2023, has been in the repair shop for 12 weeks now, with no ETA on when it will be repaired. They have provided a loaner vehicle for my parents during this time. As of 5/28/24, the case manager from Corp Hyundai gave me an update that the previous two electronic control units were not programmed by the manufacturer. Possible bad batch of parts. It seems the transmission was replaced on my father’s 2020 Tucson, and then needed this electronic control unit to make the new transmission run. Then on 6/13/24, the case manager from Corp Hyundai called with an update that they received the 3rd electronic control unit and it was calibrated. The vehicle is running, and they just want to check the wiring and ensure the check engine light does not come on. As of 6/20/24, I do not hear an update. I sent an email to the case manager asking for an update. She sent me a response by email on 6/24/24, stating the Service Manager at Kelly Hyundai on Tuesday confirmed the Engine Control Module was programmed, installed and functioning properly. While completing the final testing, they found the transmission solenoids were not transmitting properly and also, the vehicle needs a replacement engine control harness. Regrettably, the engine control harness is on a national back order. She has been working the last couple of days to get an update on this part. No ETA for the harness but she will keep me updated every week. My father, or anyone for that matter, should not have to continue to "hope" that the parts "on their way" will be installed correctly and/or function properly. Too many times now this has shown to not be the case. The 2020 Tucson has been in the service department for 12 weeks. Given the circumstances and the extended delay in repairs, my parents' confidence is now way beyond repair and they are requesting a full refund and at that time will return the loaner vehicle. I am hoping that someone at Kelly Hyundai is able to settle this with a full refund to my parents. More

When we went to Kelly, Krista helped us with looking at the inventory working with us to block an incoming car against our name and then following up with us till the car arrived in stock. The finance and delivery process was also pretty smooth with us spending only an hour at the dealership. Would certainly recommend Kelly Hyundai. More

My experience with Freedom Auto Group was excellent, I helped my mom find her new Hyundai with the help of Tara D. and John Bobo. Every aspect of the car buying experience was superior. My mom was in a horrible accident with her 2011 Elantra Limited, the 9 year old safety in the car protected my mom. She loved her car so much, and we found another replacement, the restyled 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited Ultimate edition. Tara got back to me immediately, answered every single question, all of the staff there helped track the car down and get me all of the details. The price transparency, and speed of service is out of the park. John and Tara are lively and energetic, and personable. We drove to Freedom Hyundai from about 1 hour away and it was worth it. We came in test drove the vehicle with Tara on a very dark road, and purchased it the next day. The cars headlights bend with the road when you turn the steering wheel. It was so dark when we picked up the car, the sales manager John Bobo brought the car in a heated garage and let us look at it, no pressure at all. The price of the car was amazing. We didn't spend hours at the dealership negotiating and spinning in circles. The car is amazing, it has every single option available, Harman Kardon Clari-fi sound system that booms, automatic emergency braking which has kicked in dozens of times. It has prevented collisions during emergency braking on the highway during rush hour pile ups, the car even detects people in the road, cars in the road, and stops on it own.So imagine the 2021 Elantra. The car steers you on the highway and beeps when someone is backing up behind you. Leather seats, sunroof, remote start with the Hyundai Blue Link app. If you're unsure that Hyundai is the right vehicle, it is. This is the best Hyundai dealership and well worth the drive. More

Very friend . Great atmosphere I was not happy at all with having the issue with my car rectified. I had my car there 4 times for the same issue before it was solved and fixed. However, I have another issue with my tire gauge light that still has not been solved it’s been over two years. It randomly will come on, sometimes it blinks on and of, other time it will stay on until I turn my car off. They seem to have no clue on tire gauge light issue. More
