Staff was friendly and thorough. I test drove several cars and the sales people were patient and explained each cars features. I got the best deal for a new 2013 Sonata plus the best trade-in value for m cars and the sales people were patient and explained each cars features. I got the best deal for a new 2013 Sonata plus the best trade-in value for my car compared to other dealers I previously visited. I recommend Freedom highly. More

Knowing I wanted to purchase a Hyundai, I began to search for a dealership that would allow the freedom to shop the way I wanted too and not be presssured into purchasing a vehcile that i really did not wish for a dealership that would allow the freedom to shop the way I wanted too and not be presssured into purchasing a vehcile that i really did not wish to drive. I went to the dealership with one car in mind to purchase and Vicki showed me the car, took it for a test drive and then she allowed me to wander the entire lot and ask about any and every car I wanted. She knew from my discussions with her what I wanted, I just did not know it. When she recommended a vehicle, I test drove and before I pulled out of the lot it was the car I wanted and it was cheaper than all the others I was looking at. The entire staff at Freedom was wonderful to work with. I will definetly be shopping for my next car with Vicki. More

The folks at Freedom were fantastic to deal with, attitude is to do "whatever it takes to please the customer". A minor glitch was taken care of immediately and Eric Savage even came over to thoroughly explain the issue and it was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. For a new or used Hyundai or Toyota, you will not find a better place to do business. I had useful info on my trade, my financing possibilities on a new car, and info on the elantra I was looking at in an efficient, honest manner. Freedom Hyundai is an amazing dealership. I had been following the release of the Hyundai Veloster for quite a few months before it was released in September. When I went out to request a Vitamin C Velo following the release of the Hyundai Veloster for quite a few months before it was released in September. When I went out to request a Vitamin C Veloster from all of the area dealerships, I was practically laughed off the lot and told that there was no way that the color and package options I wanted would ever be available in PA. When I got to Freedom they were great with accommodating my request. They were honest that it might take awhile to locate one (it took just under two months--but I know how hard to come by the Vitamin C Velosters are) but they would do their best to get it in as soon as they could. Whenever there was an update on the status of the search, Bill Colon (the sales rep. I worked with) would give me a call to tell me the news. They were able to locate a Veloster in Maryland that was exactly what I was looking for and were even able to get me in to do the paperwork during a very busy Black Friday weekend! I can't say enough nice things about Freedom. After getting told that my car just wouldn't ever become available and then having Freedom work extremely hard to get me exactly what I wanted in a pretty short amount of time is all I could ask for from a dealership! I had a great experience with Freedom and I would recommend all of my friends and family to work with these folks! More

David Bickta was a fabulous salesman.
