Henry was very professional and courtesy, and was not the "persistent" car salesman. He showed me a variety of vehicles, and worked with me trying to get an approval. My salesman Mike Daub was very good with the sale, there are two items of concern (this was my 3rd auto purchase from FREEDOM) (1) Not all promotional discounts were applied up front (Veteran $500) and (2) are two items of concern (this was my 3rd auto purchase from FREEDOM) (1) Not all promotional discounts were applied up front (Veteran $500) and (2) the highly advertised employee pricing was not the price quoted out of the gate, I suppose they (John Bobo "the numbers guy") expect the customer to tell them what the sale terms state, not what I would expect at all. I feel my trade-in price could have been better. With that being said I still had an overall pleasant buying experience. The 2014 Sonata is a great car so far..........only 1500 miles. More
To be truthful I have always hated car salesman BUT working with Rebacca changed that. Freedom Hyundai SUCKS!!! My first issue with them was 3 days after I bought a vehicle. I received a call from their finance lady saying I could not have the interest rate that I signed for and that I woul days after I bought a vehicle. I received a call from their finance lady saying I could not have the interest rate that I signed for and that I would need to come back to sign papers for another rate which was of course going to be higher. A day or two later after thinking about it and talking to some other people, I didn't think it was right...it was not my mistake. I called Freedom and spoke with a manager named John. He told me that he would be able to take care of it so I would not have to pay anymore in the end but wasn't sure if I would have to sign new papers or not. He said he'd get back to me the next day. Three days passed and I had a voicemail from the finance lady again asking when I'd be down to sign the papers. I then emailed John and asked what the status of this was and said that the finance person just called me again. Another 2 or 3 days went by and I heard nothing. Then...I AGAIN got a call from the finance lady telling me that I was going to have to bring the car back!!! At this point I was very annoyed...there is obviously no communication in that place PLUS this John guy was ignoring my calls/emails. So this was on Saturday, I called the finance lady back and left a message..told her to speak with John and then left John a message too saying I wanted this taken care of ASAP or I WOULD bring the car back. Monday came around and I finally got a call from John saying things were taken care of and I assume they were since I never heard again from the finance lady. My second issue is that when I purchased the vehicle, the salesman told me that the previous owner had just traded it in and still needed to drop off the second set of keys. He said that when that happened, he would put them in the mail for me. So almost a month went by and I heard nothing about the extra set of keys. I called Freedom, spoke with someone whose name I unfortunately can't remember. He said the salesperson I dealt with was taking some time off and that he would order me a new set of keys. He said that I may have to come down there when they came in so that they could program it but he wasn't sure. Whoever this person was said they'd call the previous owner and if he did not hear back from them by the next day, he would order me a new set. About 2 or 3 weeks went by and again, I heard nothing from Freedom. I called again. Now I spoke with John who told me that the salesman I got the car from was no longer working there. I told him about the set of keys I was owed, he said he did see a note about it in the salesmans things and said he'd get one ordered. I said that I already spoke with someone else weeks ago who was supposed to order it but I could not remember his name. Apparently it had never been ordered. So now John says he will order the key and said I shouldn't have to come down for it to be programmed or anything. So I wait....again.......another few weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call AGAIN and talk to John....they key has STILL not been ordered and this time he tells me he will do it personally which I thought was such a joke since I'd been getting the runaround for weeks. So then some more time goes by and I surprisingly get an email from John saying the key has arrived and that once it is cut, he will put it in the mail along with some paperwork that I asked for. He said he'd email again when he was sending it out. I waited over a week. Again...heard nothing. So I emailed John and asked for any update. Three days go by with no response and I decide that enough is enough already!! I sent John an email stating that I had it with Freedom and that they once they have their sale, they do not care one bit about the customer. I went home that day to find an envelope in the mail. I open it up and could not believe it....all the jerk sent me was the metal key!! NO REMOTE that is supposed to be attached to the key!! AND none of the paperwork that I asked for!!! I called him back and left a voicemail asking where the remote was and that I wanted it!! Guess what...never returned my call. So now I am trying to call the general manager. Left him a message last week and a message today. He won't return my call either. And now it seems he is all of a sudden in another meeting. I cannot believe how these people are treating me. All I want is the stupid set of keys that I was promised!!! This dealership is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know they are hoping I will just go away, but it certainly isn't going to happen until I get my 2nd keyless remote!! More

I am currently in the market for a used vehicle, and have done tons of research which brought me to freedom Hyundai. The sales associate asked all the right questions, and really got "inside my head" to fin done tons of research which brought me to freedom Hyundai. She was very pleasant, and not In the least bit pushy, like I experienced at other dealerships. Although I did not purchase a vehicle that day, I know without a doubt that I will return to Rebecca when I make the final decision that it is time to buy another car. I strongly urge anyone who is looking for a new or used car to do business with her, you will not meet someone who makes purchasing a vechile as painless and enjoyable as Rebecca. More
