Dishonest - Period!! I inquired about the Elantra GT 2014 in May of 2014. Multiple dealers responded, freedom offered 16,295 after rebates and incentives. I went to the I inquired about the Elantra GT 2014 in May of 2014. Multiple dealers responded, freedom offered 16,295 after rebates and incentives. I went to the dealership, and met with a sales associate who showed me a GT and told me it arrived "today". I mentioned the offer I recieved via E-mail and we went inside to discuss prices. After ten minutes he returned with the list price over $21,000!!! I told him this is nowhere near my inquiry and that he'd have to do better, I was ready to walk out. He returned after another 10 minutes with $19,000!!!. I said absolutely not, we are nowhere near the e-mails stated pricing. He then found my e-mail in their system and printed it out. He stated that the price was based on the vehicle on the lot (which came in "today") a black manual transmission. I inquired about a white automatic base model - He continued to argue with me. I briefly looked down at the e-mail and below there offer was my original inquiry!! On the e-mail he printed out!! I had documentation of my inquiry - HE LIED TO ME!! Right there in black and white. When all was said said and done I wasted over an hour and the price came to 17,700. I went out to the lehigh valley auto mile and their first price came out at 17,200. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, I hope this benefits someone looking to buy a new car. Avoid freedom, My parents bought a new car the prior weekend, and inquired at Freedom toyota. They also had less than desirable negotiations - They tried to pass off a car that was purchased and returned with 160miles on it!! It's a used car once it leaves the lot!! The title transfer would reflect two owners regardless of mileage. Unacceptable!! More

Along with this, he drove home the car with me, being I am a newly licensed driver, and helped me feel comfortable driving my new vehicle, even on the highway.
