Satisfied customer who will return I have had a difficult time finding a vehicle and or the right salesman. About 6 months ago I started to have problems with my current vehicle, prompt I have had a difficult time finding a vehicle and or the right salesman. About 6 months ago I started to have problems with my current vehicle, prompting me to visit local internet sites for the right vehicle for myself and my family. Approximately three weeks ago I met Brad from Kasper's, in Sandusky OH. At this point in time I was looking with my persistent mother who is also in the market for a vehicle. At no point in time was I looking for myself, however trying to wrangle my two small children and give her some time to look at their vehicles. Brad not only answered all of our questions but made us all feel welcome. At no point in time were we pressured, just reassured that we would find the right vehicle, just needed the right amount of time. Fast forward to two days ago. While looking thru the Kasper's website, I found the right car for the right price. I called the dealership, and spoke with someone to establish a contact point. Worried about this missed opportunity, I sent in my information to their website. The following morning, (12) hours later I received a text asking if I was still interested. I then drove to the dealership on my lunch hour, and asked if I could test drive the vehicle. Brad took care of me, allowing me to take the vehicle over night, and return it after I got off work at 3:45. After a few jokes and myself being 30 minutes late, I was met once again with a smile and a hand shake, just like I met him three weeks ago. Brad took me into his office and explained the warranty program, and issues I wanted to be covered prior to the purchase. Almost everything I asked for was taken care of. With in the hour and a lot of work to get my vehicle in my price range, I can say that I am a very satisfied customer. Not to mention I will return again, and again.
