Professional, Kind, Thoughtful, Efficient Service From the moment I walked into Kasper, I felt welcome and at home. My salesman was Brad Resnick. He treated me like we had been friends forever. He was understanding of my situation and willing to do whatever he could to help me out. When I said I couldn't go as high as was initially offered, he put his head together with the Financial Manager, Ted Ampazis, and they came up with an amount that I could feel comfortable with. I never felt pressured to do anything. If I had walked away and said that I would not be able to purchase the car, he would have understood and not treated me any differently. Brad realizes that we all have limits which we need to stick to, however he went out of his way to accommodate me and try to work it out. He knew how much I liked the Jeep and wanted me to have it, if possible. I thank Brad for all his dedication and hard work that he put into my experience. Incredibly Friendly We inquired about a car online one night and the next night Brad called up for an appointment. we put in our inquiry that we needed to find a car very We inquired about a car online one night and the next night Brad called up for an appointment. we put in our inquiry that we needed to find a car very soon due to new career opportunities and it was so very helpful to have received a call in less than 24 hours. When we got to the dealership we were greeted with warm smiles. We got to test drive the vehicle we inquired about and then another car. When we were trying to decide what the next step was Brad looked at us and said " what ever you want to do I am here to help you and make this process as easy as possible" it was exactly what someone would want to hear when you are making a big choice like buying a car. He crunched some numbers for us and gave us honest numbers. When we were trying to decide whether we wanted to make this kind of commitment today Brad was very good about not making us feel pressured about anything. We went with buy the car and within the hour we had all out papers signed with a lower monthly rate than what was in the number crunching paper that was estimated at the highest possible price given the interest rate. It was nice to not be given a unlikely price estimate and have the numbers be higher than expected because I have gone through two leases with another company and felt like there was always another hidden cost or something in the small fine print I didn't see. everything was clear cut and honest and it was refreshing. On top of all the honesty and no small print the staff was exceptional. They all made a point to come talk to us when we were waiting and engaged in conversation with us. Brad was so easy to talk to it felt like you were having a conversation and making a deal with a friend. someone you could trust and laugh with. We made a decision after having a 5 year relationship with another car company to seek out other options to see if we could be better taken care of somewhere else and Kasper really delivered. thank you kasper for being beyond exceptional.
