Very Satisfied I'm very happy and satisfied with my recent vehicle purchase from this dealership. My wife and I visited this dealership with a specific plan in mind I'm very happy and satisfied with my recent vehicle purchase from this dealership. My wife and I visited this dealership with a specific plan in mind (to purchase a new 2015 or 2016 Chrysler or Dodge under the Chrysler Employee Discount Program), but quickly found our plan did not fit into our budget. However, our Sales Rep. quickly identified some used vehicles that might fit better into our budget, while also staying within our preferred make and body type, and offering us a much newer vehicle (2014) than what I was previously driving (2005). Being able to reduce the monthly payments to within our budget, I drove away in my new vehicle (new to me) a happy customer. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues shortly after purchasing the car, but both issues have already been favorably resolved, so I'd like to share how the dealership showed great integrity and made me a happy customer... **1 of the tires (which is practically brand new) was losing air and going flat within a few days. This problem was identified prior to my purchasing the vehicle and the dealer agreed they would fix it for no charge if it caused a problem --- They fixed it and all is good! **The radio was working fine, but the CD player was not. This problem was found the day after purchasing the vehicle, but the dealership agreed to replace and install a new radio/CD player at no cost to me - huge thumbs up!!! More

Had a good experience purchasing my Jeep Liberty here. I wasn't pressured like some dealers I've been to. I had budgeted how much payment I could afford and although we missed that mark by some, (mainly due to me buying a vehicle with lower miles and in better shape than the other ones I looked at) , I have a good, reliable vehicle with a good warranty for added assurance and am well pleased at this point. That warranty is worth a slightly higher payment. I spoke with several sales associates/service personnel/finance people while waiting for my financing to go through and everyone seemed down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Alot of these dealerships have employees that look down their noses at you but I didn't get that feeling at Kasper. More
