Reported problem to salesman as the problem occurred hoping for some suggestions or assistance. No follow up from salesman or Kasper Jeep since. Car has been in the shop for three weeks with a host of problems uncommon for a brand new vehicle.. Attempts to email Jeep and Chrysler customer service have received no response. More

I was there for three and a half hours just to sign the papers and leave this is not the only vehicle we have purchased through the stealership that had bad tires also if you're going to deal with this dealership make sure you check the tires the speakers were also blown n they wouldn't replace the because it is a USED CAR NOT NEW!!!
