We leased a C70 (convertible) and for the first time we have EVER bought or leased a car we can say we actually had FUN. Tony and Frank found the EXACT car we were looking for. As educated (and, yes VERY TOUGH) customers we then shopped at other area dealerships for the best price, and after going back to Karp, the best price was not only matched but it was BEAT! In addition, Tony volunteered to take my leased Audi back for me, saving me much time and effort. The business end of the transaction went off without a hitch, and Frank spent a great deal of time showing us the vehicle. He even personally installed our phones in Bluetooth, and also the all-weather floor mats which we insisted they "throw-in", which they did with smiles, rather than frowns. After the pick-up we received calls not only to see how everything was, but also to tell me that the car return process was completed. There was absolutely nothing that a car dealer could have possibly done better and we recommend this dealership with the highest praise! BTW...We love the car!!! More
I had a EXCELLENT car buying experience at Karp Volvo. I now understand why this dealership has such a great reputation! Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership, from the receptionist, to the sales age now understand why this dealership has such a great reputation! Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership, from the receptionist, to the sales agent, to the general manager, to the finance person, was wonderful. I felt very comfortable from the first time I walked through their doors which is why I decided to purchase from this dealership versus going to another one. My sales agent in particular (David Markowitz) was fantastic; he epitomizes what great customer service looks like! David was an absolute pleasure to work with...he was very personable and professional and he truly demonstrated that he had my best interest in mind by doing everything he could to get me the right car at the right price. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and stayed in constant contact with me via phone and email to accommodate my busy schedule. I had to purchase a car within a very short amount of time and David made the process from inquiry to purchase stress free and easy, which I very much appreciate. Also, Ron Salas deserves kudos as well; he too was friendly, professional, and made the financial part of my purchase as stress free as possible. My family and friends love my new car and I have told all of them about the great experience I had a Karp Volvo. I am fairly new to the Volvo brand; in general, I am very impressed. The only other luxury car I have driven in the past is an Audi; I have to admit, my experience with Volvo has been much better. Thanks to Volvo's superior engineering and the dealership's extraordinary customer service, I am going to stick with the Volvo brand for a very long time! Thank you More
My lease of a 2007 Volvo was up and because I liked my 2007 S60 so much I decided to buy my next car. I bought the 2012 S60. My sales person was extremely helpful as well as very nice. Our lease was up on our Lexus and we we went to BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and Volvo. Based on the look of the car, the price and Frank we were sold. I used the USAA pricing which made this a lot easier for me. I walked in discussed which cars they had in stock and signed the paperwork later that day. After reading all those glowing reviews, I hope I won't be considered a crank but rather a real former customer who actually took the time to write an honest review. I wont mention any names because the people I had contact with were very personable, helpful and frankly not responsible for what happened in the repair area. I took my car in several times. A short time after each visit another problem would mysteriously occur. Each subsequent repair was more serious than the last. My original visit was to take care of a "secret" recall, I had to read about it online. Being the honest person that I am, I believed that my car was just having problems unrelated to dealer repair facility trustworhtyness. Then after spending over a thousand dollars at the dealer, I bought a car code reader and reported my finding to the dealer. They told me I didn't know how a car works and neither did my car code reader. I went back to my old mechanic, whom I had stopped going to because I no longer lived anywhere near him when I moved. I spent a fraction of what I spent at Karp. The problem was fixed in ONE visit. Its been a long while and no nagging check engine light has come on like after each visit to Karp. Oh and every time I went to karp I asked to have my license plate light replaced along with the other work. Never happened. I didnt even mention it to my mechanic and he noticed it and replaced it for free. It was well worth the hour and twenty minute drive back to him. I can only conclude, granted without evidence, that the repair bay at Karp volvo sabotaged my car to get the return business because I had grown lazy and crazy enough to patronize them repeatedly. More
We visted two Volvo dealers and the difference was staggering. While Ed was quick with his best price-the other dealer gave us a price that was $50 more per month and the manager told us to call him staggering. Where Ed was friendly, personable and professional, the other dealer was the proverbial "used car salesperson". When we picked up the car-Ed was there to make sure that he personally went over all the paperwork as well as give us a "guided tour" of how the vehicle works. It was truly a pleasure working with someone as professional as Mr. Ferrarri. More

I just purchsed the Volvo XC 90 at Karp Volvo. The entire experience was very pleasant and stress-free.
