FOR FURTHER PUBLIC INFORMATION. Its all about honesty folks. Ms Karp replied to my initial review– ONCE –asking me to contact her. So I asked " How can I help you?" No reply followed. Instead Someone else posted some comments and also asked me for a response. Hardly describable as "A NUMBER OF TIMES". I don't see how Ms Karp "CAN BE OF HELP" after the fact. If you read the reviews, there are others with similar experiences, so the ball is in their court. Lets see how they play the game. To be fair the lion's share of reviews are favorable.
