My Volvo was being reparied at a local autobody shop. My Volvo was being reparied at a local autobody shop. After several trips back to complete the work, I had it sent over to Karp Volvo to be checked o My Volvo was being reparied at a local autobody shop. After several trips back to complete the work, I had it sent over to Karp Volvo to be checked out. I travel for work, and being safe in my travels is why I invested in a Volvo to begin with! When Michael called to let me know the "sound" I was concerned about was the natural way of the motor, and my car received a clear bill of health, I was thankful. The auto body had dropped off the car at Karp, when I picked up the car was my first personal expereince with Karp & Michael. It was effortless! I was greeted when I walked in the door, Michael explaned what transpired, and my car was delivered to the door. I actually asked Michael to come out to my car and listen with me to my concerns. He gently smiled, walked out with me to my car, and assured me all was normal. I am back in to feeling safe in my Volvo. I am considering a Volvo convertible, and most likely will take the hour drive from NJ to NY to work with the team at Karp. As Director of Sales, I know how important sincere customer concern and service it to all. Mike is the best sales person I have ever met. He has been very patient with me by answering all my questions.
