This was my first new car in 11 years so I was a little nervous. Tom A. was absolutely great. Answered all my questions and made the entire experience very easy. The price of my Kia, financing, features and terms were all right in line with what I wanted. I originally went in because I was looking for a dealer close to home but I will absolutely continue to use this dealership and recommend it to my family and friends because my experience was so positive. I came in on Thursday and they didn't have the Soul I was looking for so Adda checked and there were three that were coming in and they should be in before the end of the month. On Monday surprisingly I received a call from Adda telling me that the Soul I wanted, including my first color choice, was in stock. After a slight miss-communication between myself and Adda on when I would be taking delivery, everything worked out in the end. Spent a little more time at the dealership than I anticipated but the end result was worth it! As I was waiting for Adda to take care of same last details; including transferring my plates from my trade in, Alfred Parisi the sales manager stopped by to talk and explain the maintenance schedule in detail to me. He even threw in two free oil changes for my inconvenience. Overall experience was top notch. Will definitely recommend Karp KIA to others. And so far I am lovin this new Soul. Thanks Adda! More
I dealt with Audley Bullock & Todd Johnson and in my opinion they were very professional but more than that they extended themselves to suit my needs. I purchased a used Toyota Camry and love it. At first the numbers weren't compatible with my budget although I agreed. However, after thinking about it I called Audley and told him I was 'biting more than I could chew', and therefore, I felt I had to backout. That same evening, they came back with a more comfortable deal financially. Two days later I picked up my car (which drives like a dream) and am very happy with it. Since then Audley has followed up with several phone calls asking if everything is okay which makes me feel that if there is a problem I could go to Karp with confidence that it will be taken care of. I had an interesting experience shopping for a Kia recently. My first option was this dealership since it is closest to me. From the beginning, Audley was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us going over prices and choices but unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted, and even though they tried to interest me in other models, they were honest about the fact that they did not have what I was looking for. I then, went to other Kia dealerships that claimed over the phone that they had the car that I was looking for but once I got there, they gave me some lame excuse and tried to sell me something else which I didn't appreciate. At the end I realized that the car that I wanted was not available and that I had to go with something else. So I decided to go back to Audley at Kia in RVC since he had been honest from the beginning. At the time of purchase, him along with Todd were helpful and friendly. They went over all details of the purchase and features of the new car. Audley also followed up after the purchase calling to see that everything was working fine with my new car. I would go back to them and recommend them any time. More
I went to Karp looking for the Optima 2012 EX. Met with Sam. Told him exactly what I wanted with a printout of the price that Kia.com has and he instead tells me that all my research is wrong, the price in Sam. Then an insult saying that I dont know how to shop for cars and the Internet research is all wrong, didnt know kia.com was unreliable.... He takes my price quotes I got from another dealer and scribbles "all wrong" all over the paper and quotes a price that is $2500 over other dealer and refuses to even go down saying that "we are a dealer with no games" not sure what that meant, but if a dealer cant work with you, then no deal. I left really pissed off and said I am going elsewhere, then Sam emails me and calls me asking if I got the car yet. I thought ok maybe he wants a deal, then by email he gives me all the rubbish of how other dealers are lying and so on, then over the phone he again says the price is set in stone, take it or leave it in a rude way. So I left it and told him to never call me again. End up getting the car from another dealer (left them a good review) at $2300 less than Karp with friendlier service who were willing to work with you and beat or compete with other dealers prices. More

Craig Graber the leasing agent could not do enough for me he drove me to drop off my lease I had the most wonderful experience buying my new Kia. . Craig Graber the leasing agent could not do enough for me he drove me to drop off my lease car and we road back in my new Kia and he showed me all the features and explained how to use them. Al and Craig made me feel like family. And I got a BIG RED BOW on my car to boot!!! Thank You Guys More
Our salesman Craig was very courteous and professional. He made himself available to any questions we had concerning our new purchase. He even followed up with a phone call after picking up the car to see how we liked it and if we had any more questions regarding the features of this vehicle. I see why Diane loves dealing with Craig,treating us like family. No pressure at all. His manager Al was very personanable and knowledgeable regarding the Kia products. He was concerned about our satisfaction regarding our purchase and made himself available to any questions we had pertaining to the Soul. He also went over servicing schedules for our new Soul. Unlike other dealerships, Al came out on the floor and talked with us, making us feel very comfortable. He treated us with respect and made us feel right at home. Karp's finance manager Todd was very helpful in clearly explaining the additional products that were available but certainly did not pressure us into purchasing any. He was very informative and professional and addressed our needs. Our overall experience was a positive one and we would certainly recommend Karp to our family, friends and co-workers. Went to Karp Auto to purchase a used Kia Sportage and met Mr. Audley Bullock. The transaction went smoothly. The price was fair and he did not try to talk me into taking out a loan when I told he I was paying cash. I had experience with dealers who would charge more if paying cash by telling you that the internet advertised price is for financed purchase only. There were a couple of cosmetic problems with the car and he promised to fix them which he did when I went to take the car. There was a problem with the windshield, a crack, which probably happened after inspection was done, but he got approval for me to replace the whole windshield and reimbursed me the cost. His manager, Tim, was very graceful when he handed me the check for the cost of the windshield. It was a positive shopping experience and I would certainly recommend this dealer if one is looking for a car, either used or new. Audley is one of the nicest auto sales peraon that I have the pleasure of dealing with and I have purchased many cars the past 30 years. More
