Everyone I worked with at Karp Kia was extremely helpful and accomodating. It was my first time leasing a new car and they made the experience easy and worry free. Kevin even went so far as to add in comp and accomodating. It was my first time leasing a new car and they made the experience easy and worry free. Kevin even went so far as to add in complimentary pin striping so my first new car would be special! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future! More

We love our new Kia Sorento! Everyone at Karp Kia made the whole experience wonderful. We had been looking around with other Kia dealerships and we even had a deposit on another Sorento with another deale the whole experience wonderful. We had been looking around with other Kia dealerships and we even had a deposit on another Sorento with another dealership, forget them. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted from Karp Kia. No hassles, no run-around, no "hidden fees", no super aggressive salespeople. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. The salespeople we dealt with, especially Jonathan were great and Dave the manager gave us the price we wanted. Dealing with Ron in the finance department couldn't have been any easier. Everyone at Karp Kia worked so hard to have our car ready for us before the holidays, to have the financing done and all ready, the alarm and automatic start installed and ready for us. The delivery process was flawless. All the paperwork was ready for us and Jonathan sat with us and went over all of the features on the car. We can't say enough how much we LOVE our Kia Sorento from Karp Kia. I think part of the reason I can say this is because the process of buying it was such a pleasant, hassle free one. The reason I recommend Karp Kia is because the group, lead by Kevin Bradley is extremely courteous and efficient. I was provided with information on a variety of cars, and allowed to test drive the car lead by Kevin Bradley is extremely courteous and efficient. I was provided with information on a variety of cars, and allowed to test drive the cars and SUVs I was interested in. The entire experience was absolutely fabulous. Everything was completed with in 24 hours including installing additional products I requested. Another very nice thing happen to me, the saleman picked me up so I could get my NEW CAR. Highly recommend KARP KIA. More

We had no intention of buying our Sorento from Karp when we walked in, as we already had a deposit down at a nearby Kia dealer. We were simply trying to compare prices. But we instantly felt SO much more we walked in, as we already had a deposit down at a nearby Kia dealer. We were simply trying to compare prices. But we instantly felt SO much more comfortable at Karp. The environment was no pressure, salesman Rick Davila was terrific—patient, knowledgeable, friendly—as was his manager, Al Parisi. My wife and I both felt so strongly that this is where we wanted to buy our car that we were willing to risk losing our deposit at the other location. We couldn’t be happier with our Sorento and with Karp. Great car and great experience! More

I have never been to a dealership like Karp. The entire experience from beginning to end was delightful in every way! Everyone who worked there was smiling and friendly. Jonathon Hernandaz (Salesman) was easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I had to do that day I bought my truck was sit back, enjoy the ride and sign my name. Days and weeks after I bought the truck Jonathan and the management have still been contacting me to see if I am satisfied, have questions or need help with anything. If all businesses were as efficient and friendly as Karp the world would be a much easier place. More

I cannot begin to express my sincerest gratitude to the fine gentlemen that i worked directly with at Karp KIA. Sal the sales manager was very reassuring and professional. Errol was a prince, I had my two small children with me throughout the lengthy sales process. Errol was the man of the hour providing crayons and paper to keep them entertained. Errol provided the information to make an educated decision on the selection of a vehicle then showed his keen knowledge regarding the operation of said vehicle. When it came time to sign the papers, Todd was professional and helpful as well. The others who I can not name specifically were the service men who held the doors and helped carry the car seat when we picked up the amazing KIS optima sx. To the sweet young lady who offered chocolate kisses to my kids. To all the other friendly and patient employees who help this dealership provide the exemplary customer experience. I manage a small company, I envy the staff that David Karp has put together. I am hoping to do business with this group again in the near future. More
