I walked into the dealership after visiting a rival dealership the day prior and walking out very disguted. I was met at the door by Jonathan who was very friendly and professional. He asked my needs and did not harp on me as I was making a decision. Jonathan stayed with me untill delivery and gave me a tour of the service center introducing me to the Service Manager. Jonathan as well as Todd Johnson and David Wells showed complete professionalism and courtesy. I have my 2013 optima sxl for 2 months now. It is a great car. Mike Rosenberg is a great guy. First off I had to make sure he was a salesman, because this is the 10th auto I have bought new in the last 10 ye car. Mike Rosenberg is a great guy. First off I had to make sure he was a salesman, because this is the 10th auto I have bought new in the last 10 years,and never felt comfortable with the salesman. Mike changed that. His no pressure sale tactics worked. He worked with me on my purchase and even calls/emails me to make sure everything is fine with the car. Karp dealership is also one of the finest. First class all the way. I have bought cars in other dealers in the Brooklyn area and None..I mean NONE compare to the service and respect you get at Karp. I was helped by Michael who really stood out to me because he actually answered all my questions, and presented me with the pros and cons. Michael was welcoming and friendly which was a relief to have especially when making such a huge decision, but what I really appreciated was being shown cars within MY budget. I am a single woman and walking into a car dealership can be very intimidating. I went into Karp Kia in Rockville Centre one Saturday and met sales rep, Michael Rosenberg. Prior to this, I test drove Honda's be very intimidating. I went into Karp Kia in Rockville Centre one Saturday and met sales rep, Michael Rosenberg. Prior to this, I test drove Honda's, Jeep's and Ford SUVs. Michael went over all the features in the Kia Sorento that was in the showroom. Then we test drove one. Once back at the showroom, Michael went over all the packages and costs. I took my time and went back a month later. I had more questions and he went over everything a second time. Michael emailed all updates and we went back and forth on the bottom line. Michael Rosenberg and the Karp Kia dealership credit department honored all charges and credit rates as listed on our contract. No surprises. On the day I picked my car, Michael scheduled an appointment with me. He took his time and fully explained every form in detail. He went outside and explained all the features of this wonderful Sorento. He also called me and said if I have any questions just stop in. His sale didn't end at the time of pick up. I would recommend Michael Rosenberg and Karp Kia to anyone just looking for a Kia vehicle. More
