I went in to buy a FORTE this January. Michael R. was the salesman who took me for a test drive. We talked a bit about figures and I expressed that I was very interested in making a deal before end of m the salesman who took me for a test drive. He explained did not have one on lot, but wanted my deposit NOW and he would "try" and find one. I told him I would wait a few days to see one in person then I was sure we would make a deal. He called me ONE WEEK LATER; still had no car to show me. Really? Most dealers would have found one immediately. I told him I was still intetested and please call me few days. P.S. - He never followed up, never called me again. An e-mail to the owner of car dealership went unanswered. Don't these men want to sell a car???? Poor csr service, no follow-up. More
i just left a hyandai dealership fed up with the service there, i figured i would try one more dealership, as soon as i drove on the lot and walked on to the sales floor of karp kia i saw nothing but smiles there, i figured i would try one more dealership, as soon as i drove on the lot and walked on to the sales floor of karp kia i saw nothing but smiles and great greetings, i was asked right away for help and what car i was interested in. i responded with a kia soul, and within seconds they pulled around the car. when i came back to the dealership and sat down with todd (the finance guy) i was not pushed away for bad credit he tried his best to accomadate me to stay within my budget. which he did, the other advantage of karp kia compared to other dealerships i have expierenced all paper work was done and ready for me to sign on delivery day made it extra easy for me to get work on time with no hassel.the best part of my expierence here was i didnt have to do the paper work and wait a hour or so for it all to be processed as well as victor going through all papers and explaining any questions i had. paper work was finished, car was shined up and ready to drive off. after vic showed me all the in and outs of the kia soul i had left with a smile on my face. i am recomanding this dealership to friends and family. thank you again for the good expierence More

Prior to meeting Jonathan, I had done some shopping around and just never felt truly comfortable with the salesperson I had been dealing with. When I met Jonathan, I knew instantly that he was the person I wanted to buy from. His honesty combined with his non-pushy manner, sealed the deal for me. When it’s time to purchase another car, no shopping around necessary…I will be going straight to Jonathan. I would also like to mention that Nick in finance was amazing. With my less than stellar credit, he was able to structure a deal that made me very happy. Jonathan and Nick are both wonderful representatives for Kia, and I hope Kia recognizes them for that. More

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the auto that I wanted to purchase. Michael went over the entire vehicle with me and showed me what all the gadgets did and how to use them, and not being a m that I wanted to purchase. From the moment I entered this dealership I was made to feel comfortable. My sales consultant was Pete Danielson who was very knowledgeable about the Sorento. I told him exactly what I was looking for and KARP didn't have the vehicle in stock, but found it for me and had it delivered to KARP. Pete Danielson is patient, professional and courteous. He stayed in touch with me through emails and phone calls throughout the process. Pete was off the day I picked up my new Sorento, but he came in just to finish the process so that I didn't have to deal with another salesman. I walked into the the Karp Kia dealership two weeks after Hurricane Sandy. My previous car was a total loss. I had done research online and chosen the Kia Soul Exclaim as the car I wanted. The dealership was bright, clean and very comfortable. I had heard from two friends that they were the best dealership for Kia. I was directed to Victor Travaglianti. I told him my situation and from that moment he took such good care of me as a customer and a person. Victor was concerned, polite and excited about putting me into a Kia Soul Exclaim. I was still in shock and very nervous. I had not purchased a car in 12 years. I am happy to report that Victor turned a sad and stressful situation into an unexpected blessing. Victor let me know that Kia was doing everything they could to get me into a car as soon as possible. The wait was well worth it. I fell in love with my Moss Green Kia Soul Exclaim the minute I touched it. The car is perfect in every way and is so much fun to drive. I would recommend Karp Kia and Victor Travaglianti without hesitation. More
Pete does a great job. He's very accommodating and really takes the time to get you into the right car. A lot of other dealerships I visited tried to push a car on me just to close the sale. I had lost my car in the storm and was using a rental for quite a while. I was looking to buy an optima lx or a forte but wound up going with the Optima Ex. I'm glad I did & appreciate Pete's professionalism and his constant communication throughout the sales process. I felt he got me the best deal for my money and was glad to pay a little more than I originally wanted & give him and Karp Kia my business. I've already referred customers to him and will continue to do so. As someone in sales myself, being treated like family is what separates the best from the rest. Keep up the great work & the loyalty will continue to drive your business. More
