Do made us feel comfortable the minute we walked into Kia. We then visited several different dealerships because we were undecided between a Kia, Honda or a Toyota. I was searching for a 2013 optima ex loaded/ white so I decided to call karp b/c of the great reviews online. Salesman Do Chang picked up and was extremely helpful so we set up a 10am appointment for the next day. I arrived before Do and the minute he walked in we got to work. He got my trade in appraised and got me an excellent lease deal within the first half hour. He was extremely helpful every step of the way, from helpin get a great insurance quote to cleaning the license plates before he put them on my new ride. I couldn't recommend this dealership enough. I was out the door in less then 4 hrs with a new car. After dealing with some shady car dealers in the past, you can tell that Karp really does have the customers best interest in mind.. Oh, and I LOVE my new Optima EX!!!! Thanks Do More

Staff was very friendly and personable. Did not give us a hard time even though we made it clear that we were shopping around for cars. Belated thanks for an awesome car (Sorento) buying experience. I'd initially spoken to Jeff Ruocco, who took the time to show me the Sorento & Sportage, however, I was not ready to purchase. Upon my experience. I'd initially spoken to Jeff Ruocco, who took the time to show me the Sorento & Sportage, however, I was not ready to purchase. Upon my return appx 1 month later, Mr Ruocco was off & Michael Rosenberg assured me that Mr Ruocco would receive a portion of the credit and acknowlegement for his help. From the hello, I felt that Mr Rosenberg was sincere and would be fair in his selling techinque. He offered his opinion without being overwhelming and/or pushy. He was extremely patient with my questions and indecisiveness. Mr Rosenberg explained the car from top to bottom, front to back answering all my questions. It is several weeks later and he continues to follow up. Although I was pre-approved from my bank, Nick Avcella (finance team), encouraged me to allow him to get me a lower rate---to my pleasant surprise he did! He also convinced me to get the extended wrap around warrenty which I had not previously considered. Mr Avcella made the financial process simplistic and easy. Although I'd initially dreaded the car buying process, the staff at Karp Kia made the entire experience from beginning to end easy and stressless, for which I am grateful. My last lease (which ended this month) was a Kia Forte, which we loved! It was my and my husband's first experience with a Kia and needless to say we were very happy and satisfied with leasing our little which we loved! We were so satisfied with Michael's assistance and professionalism in the first instance that we sought him out once again for his assistance. With the help of both Michael and Todd (Business Mgr) I'm so happy to say that we're leasing a 2013 Kia Optima SX, what a nice ride!!! More
I have to say that I had a very comfortable experience In buying a car at Karp Kia. I was introduced to Jonathan Hernandez and he immediately made me feel at ease. I brought the Optima SXL and he was extreme buying a car at Karp Kia. I was introduced to Jonathan Hernandez and he immediately made me feel at ease. I brought the Optima SXL and he was extremely knowledgeable about my car. There was no sales pressure and he explained all the details about my trade-in and also any discounts that I was entitled to such as being a veteran. Jonathan met me the next day even though it was his day off and worked with me to close the deal. I also found Todd Johnson easy to work with regarding financing. Again everything was explained and there was no pressure. I was taken to the service dept. and everyone there again introduced themselves and made me feel good about buying a car from Karp Kia. I have purchased a lot of cars over the past 25 years and learned to dread the process. I always seem to leave dealerships with a question of whether I truly got a good deal or whether I was taken advantage learned to dread the process. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Vic was honest and didnt try to up sell me. Vic was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and truly made me feel comfortable about my purchase. I would recommend Karp Kia and especially Vic to family and friends and look forward to seeing what my options are in 2016. More

By far the best car leasing experience I have encountered. No ridiculous gamesmanship at this dealership. Friendly and honest best describes them. There is no pressure or hard sell.
