He told me "oh my mistake.", if I get in details about what happened to me, it would take 500 words at least. The rep who took care of me, name starts with A. I wont give his name cause I dont want to embarrass him, was so hardheaded, he wouldnt answer my questions, when I asked him what he would do if he were in my shoes. I refused to have work done by them . And I'm not getting it done, cause it was Kia's fault for not properly installing sensors. My car is brand new, one year old. 2021 sorrento sport. So they are gonna pay. Then he sends me a text to give him a positive review 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Do me a favor and do it for yourself, Do not use them, go to any other dealer, but not them. More
