I purchased a new car on 12/26/2022 and traded in a vehicle. Most of the value of the trade went to down payment but dealer owed me $4,000 balance. It is 01/28/2023 and I have still not received the check. I’ve had multiple conversations with Claudio, my sales representative, and Michael Belleau, the finance manager, all of whom continue to make empty promises of payment. “The check is in the mail” is a punchline at this point. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
I recently just bought my new Kia from here and the experience was fantastic! I had a trade in car and issues with the title (completely on my end) and Neil Fogel was so helpful and patient and made th experience was fantastic! He also was very accommodating that he came in twice on his days off just to make it work for my schedule. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff, would recommend anyone to go and get their their cars from here! More
I do not recommend KIA or KARP KIA SERVICE CENTER! If I could give 0 stars, then I would. They are not looking after the best interest of the customer. They make all customers sign a document before service to pay $225+ for the diagnostic test even if they do not find anything wrong with your car! Incidentally, the red engine light “magically” disappeared without an explanation. Trust me, it is a scam! Please go to another KIA service center and do not patronize KARP KIA SERVICE Center, even if you have a warranty! They will not submit the claim to the KIA warranty department, as it would be fraudulent to do so. Remember, they could not tell me why the red engine light illuminated. Lastly, KIA Corporate cannot assist as all KIA service centers are individually owned and operated and KARP KIA is well aware of this. I am quite disappointed in KARP KIA and KIA, and I do not recommend! After reading the negative reviews posted here, they have lost a loyal customer! Thank you all for reading my honest review. Brought my car in to fix the power steering. The car ran fine. Now it "shakes & rattles louder than if the radio were on as high as it goes" according to the service guy. They replaced another part that didn't fix the problem. They have no idea what they did wrong. They said a Kia field technician was coming look at it. It's been over 6 weeks and still no clue what's wrong with it and I can't get anyone to return my call or explain the issue. If I actually get through to a person, they say they will look into it and get back to me but they never do. More
