There was no understanding of customer service or even insist into treating clients with kind human interaction. My car that I purchased one year ago from Karl Malone was involved in an accident. My insurance company had another repair place they recommended, I wish I had listened. Instead I went w convience. The misconduct and no communication btwn different departments from accounting, service and auto body left me without a car longer than necessary. The billing they insisted I needed to pay, although my insurance company had proof they had already cashed the check from them the week previous! Face to face interaction was even worse when I asked for a car was since there was bird poop on the car, (a full detail was part of the servicing), and items that I were told would be taken care of 10 days before pick up were not done and denied until I could submit texts from their auto body shop. I will go out of my way to another dealership despite what may be needed just so I may be treated w respect and kindness. I left without my car being done as well as having a feeling of mistrust in having my car work completed appropriately: More

Customer Service very POOR! I get a call from this dealer and the customer service is horrifying!!!...I answered and the caller didn't say her name or where she was calling from I get a call from this dealer and the customer service is horrifying!!!...I answered and the caller didn't say her name or where she was calling from only asked for my husband by nick name (sounded like an angry ex) and when I said that he was at work if there was something I could help her with she said "nope" and hung up the phone fast.... Then my husband gets a call from Toyota in Utah, the caller leaves a message and forgets to properly hang up the phone which gives my husband a message of three minutes. *where is costumer service ? Who is doing the hiring for this dealer and irresponsibly NOT training (or paying very cheap). Seriously not a good representation job, it is sad too because we like Toyota and for the past 15 years we only bought from this dealer, and every time it gets worse and worse when it comes to customer service.... the other people that work there are amazing, maybe because they have been working there for more than 15 years......but Customer Service is extremely POOR!!! More

Went out of their way! I wanted a new 4Runner in the configuration that is sometimes difficult to find. Ross and Cameron went out of their way to find the vehicle I requested. I'm not an easy customer, but if I'm paying 40K, I want it my way. Ross and Cameron ensured that and came through with the vehicle I asked for. The price they quoted me was up front and with no surprises at closing. Cameron is an excellent sales person and listened to my needs and concerns. He was very patient with me even though I may have gave him a little grief. I would highly recommend going to Karl Malone Toyota. More
WORST experience I've ever had NEVER lease/buy a car from Karl Malone Toyota. Bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla and was promised a mpg of around 35. I barely get 23. I called the person who sold it to me who said that he's "never seen that problem, my daughter has the same car and gets 35 mpg regularly". When taking it back to have it checked out the service employees were extremely rude and basically told me "xxxx luck" and they can't do anything for me. Leasing this car was probably one of the worst decisions I've ever made. More

I took those concerns to Brandon who listened patiently and thoughtfully worked with me to resolve my concerns. The dealership actually went back and improved my deal when they weren't obligated to do so. I was so impressed with their integrity that I had to get online and share. I like to know that if I refer family members or friends to a business they will be treated fairly. In the end I have come to feel that way about Karl Malone Toyota. It was really evident that they care about doing right by their customer and maintaining their integrity. More
