Scott is probably the most knowledgable, professional, and friendliest salesperson I've ever met! I have never had a good experience buying a car... until now! Danno is a GREAT salesman, he got me into a car I enjoy and got me a better finance rate than the one I had previously. This was the second time I bought a car from him and I will keep going back to him, h and got me a better finance rate than the one I had previously. This was the second time I bought a car from him and I will keep going back to him, he listened to what I wanted and was NOT pushy at all. He even worked in oil changes and extended warranty into my deal so I am worry free. This guy deserves a raise, he kept me late at the dealership one night finishing up the paperwork and he felt bad so he bought me lunch out of his own pocket to make up for it. He figured a way to get me financed even with my bankruptcy and got me out of my old yaris with a HORRIBLE finance rate of 22% into a newer Yaris with the features I wanted for a WAY less finance rate of 6.9%!!!! I will never go through any other dealer or Saleman...Danno is my man from now on and ya'll should give him a raise! More

Every time I take my Camry in for service it is done fast and what I think is a plus is it is returned washed. I can't remember the names of the guys who I check in with, but they are always real friendly and what I think is a plus is it is returned washed. Luis was the salesperson I dealt with on this visit. I came in to look at new cars, told him I only wanted to look at a Prius as I've had a Prius for the past 5 years and absolutely love it! Luis explained the different Prius models that are available and we test-drove a couple, talking about differences in how they handle. There was no pressure, which would have made me walk away. Just a straight-forward conversation. Akim was the finance guy I dealt with - again, just straight talk and no pressure. This was the 5th car my family has purchased from Karl Malone. Always a good experience. More
I was helping my daughter find a car and a friend of mine at Nate Wade told us to stop by Karl Malone and ask for Scooter. Scooter handed us off to some other guys. The first thing they did was ask for her title to her car so that they could get some info for her trade in while we test drove a car. She really liked the car. They told her they could only give her $400 for her car. We kept asking what the price of the car was that she was interested in. They wouldn't tell us. They kept saying "don't worry about it. We will get you where you need to be." We kept asking but wouldn't tell us. We told them that $400 was a slap in the face! We asked for her title back and they wouldn't give it to us. They just kept hammering on us with different figures on the car, raising the amount they would go on her trade in etc. We finally started getting mad and insisting on getting her title back and they took us to another guy who I assume was the finance guy who also started hammering on us. They got up to $2600 trade in on her car but at this point, we just wanted her title and wanted to get out of there! We finally got the title and left. We were in her car, not even out of the parking lot yet, and her phone rings. It is the finance guy inside still hammering!. If they would have offered her this amount up front, and not played these stupid games, they would have sold this car! Needless to say, we were done car shopping that day. We didn't want to even look at another car! I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life but fortunately, I have never had to go through that until this day! I probably wouldn't have purchased so many! More
I bought a 2007 Yaris new.. Sales person was curt.. overly talkative. I went back 2 yrs later to consider another car and some guy named Greg hustled my wife and I around on a golf cart trying to sell overly talkative. We went there for a Matrix AWD, he kept trying to sell a RAV4. When done he asked us to do some paperwork to "start the process" and we told him we wanted to think about what we wanted to do. Then he wanted to know our timeline.. we said about 1 month at which time he said we were wasting his time and walked away leaving us standing in the lot. I later wrote the dealership about our experience and never got any response back from them. They called one day a few months later trying to sell us on coming in to look at new cars.. I told the sale person on the phone about our experience and they were totally uninterested in the issue and wanted us to come in and "make a deal". I will never again have any dealings with this dealership. I stopped taking my car in for service there when every time it went in they were always trying to oversell me on more service than I really needed. I know these cars.. I worked for a Toyota dealership in the past when living in California. More
I came in with my wife and was looking for a new 2011 corolla. We work with josh and he was great he made us feel welcome and listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us in to anything. I usually buy used cars but new or used I will go to Karl Malone every time all the staff was kind and they even introduced me to a service manager and set my first appointment up with DJ I have never enjoyed a dealership as much as I did there.
