Wade Adamson did a great job for us. There were not too many used 4 runners. But he did his best and we came home with a very nice one. The service department will try everything they can to rip you off. We bought a 2012 Tundra on June 04, 2012 by July 01, 2012 a shock had broke. Big surprise it's not covered by warranty. It seems like rip you off. We bought a 2012 Tundra on June 04, 2012 by July 01, 2012 a shock had broke. Big surprise it's not covered by warranty. It seems like Toyota and this dealership will do everything possible to make sure that nothing is covered by the warranty so we had to pay for it. I will never buy another Toyota Tundra again. Next time we go to buy a truck it will be a Chevrolet. More

I called on the phone to ask a couple of questions about a 4 runner. The salesman told me to visit the website. The staff at Karl Malone Toyota are your friends!!! They are no-nonsense and no pressure. They want what you want. I spent six months driving through their parking lot about once a week. Sometimes the Sa are no-nonsense and no pressure. They want what you want. I spent six months driving through their parking lot about once a week. Sometimes the Sales team would answer our questions and sometimes they would leave us alone. As I always felt comfortable going there - we continued to go back. Finally we spotted the vehicle we wanted and John H. did everything we asked. It was the most wonderful, pleasant experience I ever had shopping for anything. I actually had a good time hanging out with John H. and his team. You won't feel stupid, on-guard, or even cheap - they are there to help you with one question or 100 questions. More

We just had another great experience buying a used car from Karl Malone Toyota (our third). We have worked with great sales people and feel like we were able to get a really good deal. They even held the from Karl Malone Toyota (our third). We have worked with great sales people and feel like we were able to get a really good deal. They even held the car we wanted for a small deposit until we could get our down payment worked out; and then thier financial department was able to work with us to find a much better interest rate than the one on the car we traded in. I have had experience with Malone Toyota through two Toyota Corollas. Each time I have been shown the utmost respect and service. The staff and management have made each of my experiences incredible. Our sales rep was good, and knowledgeable, and the van we bought was ok. There were a few things we weren't told about such as the DVD player not working very well. Was also promised an autographed Karl Ma bought was ok. There were a few things we weren't told about such as the DVD player not working very well. Was also promised an autographed Karl Malone basketball, and was put off for months, until finally this year our sales rep said he got it 'ok'd' to give me one. When I got there, what did I get? A cheap $5 basketball with a printed signature on it. When I said, "Where is his signature?" the rep pointed to the printed signature, and I said, "this is what I asked for, (and I laughed)" And then he told me that the other basketballs are like $60, and blah blah blah. He knew that's not what I asked for, but that's what I got. The point is, it was promised to me, and I got a crappy replacement. I felt a bit mislead, and cheated just because of this. We made a special stop to get this, and we got something not even close to what we were promised. I feel a bit gyped, and don't feel like giving them business anymore, if they can't even deliver on a small thing like this. More

I have done considerable business with at least 2 other car dealers in town. I have however NEVER run into such a group of people that have handled the process in such a FUN AND professional manner. They know what they are doing, they are respectful and listen to what you tell them and most importantly they get you what you want. I have to give a special thank you to Mr. Ryan May as he was a complete pleasure to work with. ALL fun no stress. Their crew in the office was also helpful and were very upbeat with great humor. Akim whom I signed the papers with was a real gem and was very helpful in suggestions for service plans. All in all the process was simply wonderful and memorable.
