Worst dealership! I will never give them another penny of mine! First, we went to purchase a vehicle a couple of months ago and we knew more about the new vehicle than I will never give them another penny of mine! First, we went to purchase a vehicle a couple of months ago and we knew more about the new vehicle than the sales person. After going for a test drive, they wanted to talk numbers and were being shady about the price of the vehicle. We didn't purchase from them, thank goodness! Fast forward to today, we have a Toyota Corolla and needed something fixed on it. Called to get a price quote and they told me it would be $120 plus tax, took my car in, and when I was called and informed the vehicle was ready to pick up, they jacked the price of the fix up $30. When I asked about the difference, the guy, whose name is ironically Carl, tried to convince me he never quoted me a price. When I pushed him on it, he said he would make it right, but would need to talk to some other people, but was insistent that he never gave me a price quote for it. I will never go back to this dealership. I don't care that the next Toyota dealership is a 15 min. drive further, I would drive further just to avoid going to this place ever again. Which is too bad for them, because my husband and I have purchased two brand new vehicles in the last two years and they lost both sales. More

I got a letter from the DMV in 2/24 stating a vehicle (the one I traded in 6 months p Don’t trade your car into Karl Malone. I traded my car in 9/23. I got a letter from the DMV in 2/24 stating a vehicle (the one I traded in 6 months prior) registered in my name was impounded for DUI and no insurance and I was liable for the fees as it sits in the impound!!!! Called Toyota, they didn’t call me back. Went to Toyota and they said the vehicle stays registered in MY NAME apparently until after they sell it. They told me it’s MY responsibility to go to the DMV and take the car out of my name!! I have never heard of this. Why was the title not in Toyota name? Why was he allowed to take the vehicle without it being registered in his name? Why did they sell it without him having insurance? I could have gone to the impound and gotten my previous vehicle out. This is just crazy and they acted like this is normal protocol. This is one of many unorganized disasters I have dealt with at Karl Malone. And it’s still not over! Whatever you do don’t buy or trade a vehicle at this dealership. You may regret it! More
My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. Firstly, they lacked organization and had me going back and forth to take care of signing documents that should have been completed be disappointing. Firstly, they lacked organization and had me going back and forth to take care of signing documents that should have been completed before I had even left the lot with the vehicle- on the day of the purchase. This disorganization wasted my time and really made me question their professionalism, but nonetheless returned to the dealership to complete the document. Things were fine for a few weeks, but then I was approached by the salesman I had worked with, via text, while I was at working needing my co-signers drivers license for verification. Why was this not done and taken care of while you had us there? They had taken both my co-signer’s and I’s drivers license during the buying process, so did they simply forget to use those during that time, or did they lose their copies of our personal information? When trying to get further clarification on the manner through the salesman I was working with, his responses were very rude and unprofessional, stating that I needed to come in and talk with the financial team, and that if I did not provide the drivers license, they would take the vehicle back. This poor customer service and lack of respect for my concerns left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my overall buying experience. Correction, FIRST time buying experience. It’s very obvious they will do ANYTHING they can to make a sale and simply see their customers/clientele as commission and nothing more. This place is an absolute joke and I will not be recommending to anyone. More

I purchased a 2023 Tacoma with a trade in of a WRX. I was offered 31k for my WRX trade in, which roughly half went to pay off the remainder of my loan and the other half towards the purchase of the tr I was offered 31k for my WRX trade in, which roughly half went to pay off the remainder of my loan and the other half towards the purchase of the truck (or so I thought). It was stated that the balance of the loan would be payed off within 10 days, but over two weeks later I got text message (as I always do on any transaction over $250) from my bank saying that another payment has been processed for the loan of the WRX. I was a bit frustrated that they didn't honor the contract between us and promptly texted and called the dealership. I received no response to either message for 6 hours, when a manager called (don't remember the name) and he pretty much brushed my complaints off as "these things happen". About 30 mins later another manager contacted me and said there is nothing they can do and he transfered me to the finance department. After a bit of a wait she got back to me and said they will try to process the loan payment next week. I said that it was suppose to be paid off over a week ago and I have incurred a payment and interest; her response was "I know, that sucks, but we will try to process the payment next week." So as I continue to incur interest and payments under the hope I get the loan payment off I sit here wishing I had never left the Subaru family... they care about their customers! I also wonder if all the contracts between us (ie service, warranties, extended warranty, etc...) will be honored by either Karl Malone or Toyota. More
I recently had a great experience with this dealership. I wanted a new vehicle and was going in a different direction (car vs crv). I tested both and finally made a decision I was given an estimate and o I wanted a new vehicle and was going in a different direction (car vs crv). I tested both and finally made a decision I was given an estimate and ordered my vehicle Choi was great he made sure to reach out to me and let me know that the details about delivery were soon but didn't have exact dates but still kept me in the loop. Then the vehicle arrived and Arken contacted me he was great too right down to the financial department I was given a good deal on my trade in and the whole experience was great no pressure no marketing tricks just common sense dealing. I highly recommend this dealership and would love to buy my next vehicle if I needed to from them but I believe this crv will outlast my by far. More
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a car and was told it came with ApplyPlay. After I bought it, I sat trying to pair my device, only to discover it doesn't have ApplyPlay. I was told everything was taken care of after paying and signing documents. I received a letter saying the VIN inspection was never done. Made an appointment to have it done, but they wouldn't do it once I showed up. Carl acted like I was an idiot for being there saying "I don't know why you're here. You could have gone to the DMV or even a police to do this." I don't know why I was there either-I will never buy another car from them. I will never refer anyone to them. Go anywhere else. More
