Karen Radley Acura is the best! I took my TSX in for service and was in and out in a reasonable time. Trish, my service rep is a true professional and has great human relations skills! I was so happy with my repairs and was just as pleased when I was there about a year ago with my TL! People always complain about having to go to the dealership for repairs, but you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR with top notch customer service, respect, and accommodation at Karen Radley. Google reviews were relatively positive, but my experience ultimately wasn't. Clarence was the salesman, and like most car salesmen, he was absolutely great until it came to talk price. I've never seen a case where a dealership offered one price, and then took it away, only to offer a price that was increased about 2k. But hey, this seems to be standard practice here. No apology for it, just a matter of fact take it or leave it. Not even any negotiations. Don't you want to make a sale? Whatever, your loss. Won't ever come here again. More

First and foremost I have always loved the TL. When I arrived at the dealership, Rudy was already waiting for me. He greeted me with a smile and was ready to let me test drive the TL Rudy was very polite,courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the TL He did not mind all the questions I had nor did he mind the constant interruptions while explaining the various functions of the car. Rudy was very attentive of my wants and understood my requests. most of all Rudy had a good sense of humor which made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I expected my car buying experience to be an all day event. Needless to say it was not even half a day. Rudy is a true professional in every sense of the word. If I should make another new car purchase, I sure hope Rudy will be at Karen Radley Woodbridge. Because Rudy Walker is the number one salesman. Thanks Rudy, for making my Birthday a happy one. Professionalism (Trish would make an excellent instructor/teacher/trainer regarding the manner in which customers should be handled) 2. The staff identified above provide outstanding customer care in the service department of Karen Radley Acura. I have experienced a number of recurring electrical problems with my 2008 Acura TL that were no care in the service department of Karen Radley Acura. I have experienced a number of recurring electrical problems with my 2008 Acura TL that were not readily identifiable by the computer analytics or visual inspection - over the course of 6 weeks, both Trish and Bernie were committed to identifying and repairing the difficulties. The core issue was a manufacturing flaw that would not have been discovered if these folks had not been persistent and tenacious in getting the problems resolved! While the vehicle was in for repair, I was contacted on a daily (often multiple times per day) basis with updates on their progress. This kind of customer care is extremely rare and speaks highly of these individuals for their professionalism and attention to detail as well as the dealership and the client-fucus they have instilled.
