First and foremost I have always loved the TL. When I arrived at the dealership, Rudy was already waiting for me. Rudy was very attentive of my wants and understood my requests. most of all Rudy had a good sense of humor which made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I expected my car buying experience to be an all day event. Needless to say it was not even half a day. Rudy is a true professional in every sense of the word. I have experienced a number of recurring electrical problems with my 2008 Acura TL that were no care in the service department of Karen Radley Acura. I have experienced a number of recurring electrical problems with my 2008 Acura TL that were not readily identifiable by the computer analytics or visual inspection - over the course of 6 weeks, both Trish and Bernie were committed to identifying and repairing the difficulties. The core issue was a manufacturing flaw that would not have been discovered if these folks had not been persistent and tenacious in getting the problems resolved! While the vehicle was in for repair, I was contacted on a daily (often multiple times per day) basis with updates on their progress. This kind of customer care is extremely rare and speaks highly of these individuals for their professionalism and attention to detail as well as the dealership and the client-fucus they have instilled. Worked with Matt Nolta to look for a hard-to-find pre-owned Acura TL in a very specific color combo vehicle. In the two months of searching for the vehicle we noticed that Karen Radley had some of the best prices in the country. While ultimately we didn't buy the vehicle from Karen Radley Acura (due to a timing issue), we would have had the circumstances been different. We'd certainly recommend working with Matt if you're looking for a new or used Acura. More
