Very quick oil change. Service was friendly and helpful. Customer lounge was comfortable and had great drink options. The lounge was not over crowded. Car wash is always a nice touch! Worked with Matt Nolta to look for a hard-to-find pre-owned Acura TL in a very specific color combo vehicle. In the two months of searching for the vehicle we noticed that Karen Radley had some of the best prices in the country. While ultimately we didn't buy the vehicle from Karen Radley Acura (due to a timing issue), we would have had the circumstances been different. We'd certainly recommend working with Matt if you're looking for a new or used Acura. More

I have rated this dealer with the highest of marks for many reasons. From the moment I was engaged with them, I was treated with respect and this did not change throughout the whole process. Those that I interacted with were extremely honest and very efficient at their jobs. I came to the Karen Radley Acura of Woodbridge dealer to trade in my 2007 750Li BMW and was looking for a good trade-in value. They worked with me until we got to a number that was acceptable for both sides and I feel as though they did their very best to ensure I was happy. Consumers always could be happier with a little more but I can say that they quoted me $5k more than the other two dealers I went to, after we revisited the numbers. Specifically, they are the sole reason that I went with Acura after a bad experience at the Fairfax dealership. They worked with me to ensure that the payment for my new lease was acceptable and also took a great amount of time, at my request, to explain the leasing process as it relates to traditional car buying. Customer Service at this dealer was top-notch. Luis Colon and Tarek Hakki were prompt, more than informative and treated me like a king. I cannot say enough about this team!! They really know what they are doing at this dealer and do not WASTE YOUR TIME like many other dealerships. They appreciate your business and it shows in every facet of the process. Quality of Work was exemplary in all areas that are important to me. They ensured that I was extrememly satisfied with the quality of the process I experienced. While I was not getting work done on my car, it was processed and prepared to showroom standards. They customized the car settings to my requirements and liking, not to mention following up with me on this as well (long after the deal was completed). This team was extrememly friendly and this contributed greatly to the overall experience. They were all smiles and this was more than just a - smile until the deal is done - sort of team. They were down to earth and genuinely decent. By far, this was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealer. I am comparing them to my experiences at BMW dealerships - where I paid nothing due to warranties - and they came out on top!!! More
My appt. was for an oil change and state inspection. Rick Robertson was my service manager for this visit. I was amazed that he remembered servicing my car previously since it had been a while. After an hour or so Rick called me to let me know the car could use some fluid changes that I wasn't planning on but knew were needed sooner or later. I approved the additional work after talking it over with him. Since I was out and about, I didn't care how long it took, but I did end up getting dropped off at Radley by a friend after a short while, thinking my car wouldn't be ready yet. So I waited in the waiting area for maybe half an hour when Rick came up front. I asked him how much longer he thought it would be and he said they were just about done and that he would check. The car not only ended up being done with the service, but they had already washed/vacuumed it as well in a fairly short amount of time. Overall a very good visit for me considering the additional work that I had done. More

I received exceptional customer service from Stacy Jones on 060811 who should be commended for his dedication. I called the service department at Karen Radley Acura Woodbridge, VA because that is where we purchased the vehicle. I was only about 15 miles away from the dealership. Stacy spoke with me by phone and asked that I come right in despite the fact I did not have an appointment. Stacy even offered a loaner vehicle if my vehicle had to stay overnight, so I could continue on to Fredericksburg, VA without interuption. Once I arrived, Stacy immediately flagged a technician who diagnosed the problem, completed the necessary repair, and even had my vehicle washed all within 1 hour. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service I have receieved in the past. As a result, not only will I be servicing our vehicles at Karen Radley Acura in the future but I will make sure to also tell anyone I know to do the same.
