Service Department is great...the salesmen are worthless! Melvin Cygan, one of their salesmen is a perfect example of what you see in the movies when it comes to car salesmen. Sly, shady, and anything but an honest salesperson. The guy will tell You anything to sell you a car, while pretending to be very polite and professional. The great reviews you see here are most likely from people who paid asking prices for their Acura so they got the royal treatment. In my opinion if that's what it takes to be treated properly at this place I'm going elsewhere. According to another reviewer from 2010, Melvin Cygan allegedly posted a review of the original reviewer and 'resorted to significant name-calling' to a point where DealerRater had to pull Cygan's review off the site. Avoid this place and go to another Acura dealer! More

Omar worked his but I have seen this dealership improve over the 6 years we've been dealing with them. Just purchased our 3rd Acura - all from Radley. Omar worked his butt off preparing my car and it shows. Both he and Jerry went above and beyond to get the job done. If it weren't for such a great service team, this dealership wouldn't fare as well. Although most people think the sales the dept is the face of a dealership, I think it's the service dept; you expect professional work to be done by the mechanics, but without an outstanding service dept the work wouldn't stand out. This dept has the toughest job of anyone - and putting competent people there is a MUST. They have that with Jerry and Omar! More

I recently took my 2008 VW Jetta to Karen Radley Service department for what I knew was going to be a costly repair job. I did not purchase my Jetta from Radley but after reading several wonderful reviews department for what I knew was going to be a costly repair job. I did not purchase my Jetta from Radley but after reading several wonderful reviews on their service department, I decided to go to them for a second opinion on my car repair need. The service consultant, Omar Gardezi obtained a loaner for me and gave me frequent updates about the status of my repair and when the grim news was finally given, I was allowed plenty of time to make a decision about spending several thousands of dollars in repairs or get a new car. Financially, this was not the best time for me to purchase a car but given my daily commute to work, I needed reliable transportation. I was called directly by the General Manager, Rod Emmons to extend his help with my situation and was there to help get me in a new car if that was what I wanted to do. Mr. Emmons even called the VW dealership where I purchased the car to check on any possible service warranty that would help with the cost of my repair. I truly felt they wanted what was best for me. Mr. Emmons was terrific! I have never known of a GM to spend so much time one on one with a customer and work so hard to get them the best deal. From Omar Gardezi in Service, Ryan Poole, the business manager and Rod Emmons, they made this "unwanted" purchase almost painless for me. I was given a very fair trade given what was known about my car's service needs. I decided on a 2012 Acura TSX and I am very pleased with the purchase process and my new car! More

We have given our patronage to this establishment—Sales and Service—for many years and have always been treated by people who were, and are, genuinely friendly on a professional level. Often people at Karen Radley Acura have gone beyond of what we had expected of them to help us. When I picked up our 2006 Acura RL, on 3 November 2008, which was there for an oil and filter change, the service advisor told me, “We also replaced your battery free of charge.” We bought our 2013 RDX with the ‘Technology Package.” Most of the package’s function are rather sophisticated. I had to consult, on three different occasions, since we bought the RDX, personnel in Sales and Service to get the full benefit of all the electronic high tech functions that enrich our experience with our new Acura. Never were we told to make an appointment, or given an evasive response when asking for assistance. Over the years of sales and service with Karen Radley Acura my wife and I have come to know that the way we are treated there reflects the embedded culture of that establishment. As our search for a certified used car resulted in a limited selection of choices in our immediate area, we decided to expand our search online. We found the perfect car at Karen Radley Acura in Woodbridge Virginia. The General Manager Rod was extremely helpful and aided us in the process of securing the car as we were located three hours away. Due to an internal mix-up the car we had planned to buy was sold before we got there. Rod was quick to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to provide us with an option that surpassed our greatest expectations. We are genuinely grateful and could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks to Rod Emmons and the Karen Radley Team for quality service and true professionalism. More
I have only had my vehicle for less than a month, but I can tell you my buying experience was phenominal. I visited several dealerships in the weeks leading up to my purchase and I did not receive near th can tell you my buying experience was phenominal. I visited several dealerships in the weeks leading up to my purchase and I did not receive near the quality of customer service that Tarrick provided to me. I can not tell you how easy he made the buying experience for me. I can also tell you his first price was better than what USAA told me would be a GREAT price. He was under the "target" price I was supposed to be aiming towards. I was shocked when I went home and found out he was 1000 dollars under what I was expecting to be a great price.... I went in and had a service done two days after my purchase and the service department was very efficient and pleasant. Overall wonderful experience to date. I love my car, I love the way it looks and the way it drives. More
