Ramon is awesome. Ramon has always been very helpful. He took care of issues caused by the other service writer who I did not see on my last visit but that guy stresses me out. When I show up there and he's there I wait for Ramon. The other guy couldn't care less for his customers. My ratings are about Ramon and just factoring in the other guy who is horrible. that guy has a bald head and wears a baseball cap he wasn't there the last time I was in so I was relieved. Overall, if I don't have to interact with that guy, I like the service. I wanted to give a description, so I don't get the newer person in trouble, he was very nice, but I still prefer Ramon. Also, I was charged for a diagnostic, but it was a matter of pressing on the box under my seat to make the airbag check light go off and it still goes off after paying the money for the diagnostic.
