Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I was shopping for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one on the internet. It was decently priced so I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman and set up an appointment. After 5 days of trying to schedule a internet. It was decently priced so I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman and set up an appointment. After 5 days of trying to schedule a day and time, I drove to the dealership on 10-8-2023. Upon my arrival I was informed by the salesman the price had been increased by 4k. I was contacted by a so called sales manager who told me he was working a deal with another buyer at the higher price. While I was waiting for the so called sales manager to see me, I used the restroom, which is by the service desk. I overheard another costumer complaining loudly about his horrible experience in the service department. Listening to that a change should have been a warning sign and left the dealership but I waited to speak with sales manager. The sales manager told me he was working a deal with another buyer at the higher price, but he would work with me if I wanted to agree to the higher price. I did not agree to his offer and left the dealership. Due to my experience, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody for anything and don't waste time driving to this place. I would give zero negative stars but it's not an option. More
