I have been around car dealerships in the aftermarket accessories business for over 30 years. I know my way around a dealership, salespeople and how the “machine” operates. From the first minute of walking in, I was greeted like family, attended to like royalty, and treated as if I mattered. The professionalism was poor. I was told I would get phone calls with updates, but I received none. I had to call multiple times throughout the week in order to get any info about the status of my truck. None of the pickup times were accurate. I drove back and forth to the dealership at times they told me it would be ready, only to find out that I wasted gas. I was even given a pickup time on a day that the office was closed. They gave me $160 off of my total bill which was nothing compared to the time and money wasted. The job was supposed to take 1-2 days and it ended up taking 7. I will never use this dealership for maintenance or even purchase a car from there ever again. Anyone that considers it, I will negatively recommend this place. More
I was treated poorly by Nate the serivce manager regrading an on going unresolved service issues. I have been very patient and once I stated my frustrations regrading a lack of communication, I was regrading an on going unresolved service issues. I have been very patient and once I stated my frustrations regrading a lack of communication, I was talked over, threaten, and Accused of threatening due to stating I will return my brand new car back if it's unresolved. I called to find out an update on the part and was told that they are still waiting for it. 20 minutes later they called husband and gave him a different story. I called back regrading the lack of information that was not provided to me and was Attacked with accusations and threats by the service manager Nate. I will not bring my business here and Strongly advice anyone else to take their money elsewhere. More
