After having vehicle from other dealership, I have to say Jones has won me over. From the sales dept and now the service dept I have no complaints. Pull your car in the bays there is somebody there to greet Jones has won me over. From the sales dept and now the service dept I have no complaints. Pull your car in the bays there is somebody there to greet you. Why I was waiting on the car , there was a person going around cleaning and straighting up the whole time. Every so often there was a person asking if anyone wanted a status check on thier vehicle or if they needed anything. There is free hot dogs and hot drinks. The other thing that I thought was great, it didn't effect me. I was sitting there and next to a another customer when a employee walks by and begins talking to her about how long she been sitting there. He asked what she was having done. He told her that he would check to see how much longer. He came back with the person working with her to explain that it shouldn't be much longer. That shows me the care how their customers are treated. I would recommend Jones as a dealership to buy your next car. More
