Jason Honkofsky, the salesman, was excellent. He was knowledgable about the vehicle that I was looking at and very friendly. He was not your typical pushy car salesman and did not make the normal repea knowledgable about the vehicle that I was looking at and very friendly. This is my second purchase from this dealer and the overall experience is always good. The sales manager was typical of those at most car dealerships. There was some back and forth haggeling which is unfortinitially to be expected but in the end I got a decent price on the new vehicle that I wanted and a fair price for my trade. I would deal with JOnes Junction Toyota again in the future. More

Kimberly Kelso was very helpful is finding us financing and since our credit was an issue we were pleasantly surprised that she knew exactly how to deal with a case like ours. She was speedy and efficient in finding us a finance option that we could afford and feel comfortable with. She worked hard answering our many questions and she was very patient with us. We would recommend her to friends and relatives and have actually done this in the past. Jenn Holbrook was very welcoming and greeted us warmly. She made sure our visit was comfortable and that we understood every option we had available to us. She explained everything in a way that we could easily understand. Purchasing our new car at Jones was a great decision and experience. One that we would gladly do again and again. We made an appointment with Joey at 5 pm and he was on time. He accessed our needs and immediately go us the appropriate vehicle to test drive.
